"Dette hotel var meget rart og en meget rimelig pris.Lederen var utroligt rar.Så rar. Desværre var der nogle ting, der kunne have været bedre: 1) Fra februar 2025 er der bygning lige ved døren, da der er nye lejligheder.Det gør tingene ret støjende mellem kl. 8 og kl. 530. Det ville have været rart at modtage meddelelse om dette før vores besøg.2) Det ville have været rart, hvis shampoo blev leveret; 3) morgenmad var lækker; desværre, de begge løb ud af yoghurt & havde begrænsede muligheder for børn [ingen korn, ingen pandekager]. 4) Jeg troede også, det var for dårligt, at selv om vores værelsespris omfattede morgenmad, følte de det nødvendigt at opkræve mere end én drikke med din måltid (så hvis du fik en kop kaffe, blev du også opkrævet for at ville drikke en juice). 5) De havde kayakker til brug, men det var 50.000 for et minimum på fire timer.Det er meget dyrt for Colombia at have denne type minimum på fire timer på et hotel.6) Det var desværre også støjende med lastbiler, der kører tidligt om morgenen. 7) Vi skulle have et vandsyn, men de havde et træ, der havde overvækstet vores vindue, og de havde ikke kommet rundt for at skære det.Igen.Som at løbe ud af yoghurt, som støjen ved siden af døren, som kayakker.Det er bare ting, de kan kommunikere, kan gøre det, er reparable.Alt forklaret, et godt bagpakker hotel.Smukt vandudsigt.Men det føltes bare som om manageren var så smuk og smuk... selv hotellet kan blive bedre, selv om du skal opkræve et par flere pesos i en natlig takst. "The view from the hotel was amazing and was definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, several issues took away from the overall experience. There is no phone in the room, so every time we needed assistance we had to go up and down three flights of stairs to reception. When we went down to get the Wi-Fi code, the handwritten note was so unclear that we couldn’t connect and eventually gave up trying. The toilet seat was completely loose, which was very uncomfortable and not ideal at all. We also had no hot water for our shower. Breakfast was extremely limited, with virtually no options available. We travel around the world and have stayed in many different places, and in our opinion this hotel is very overpriced for what it offers. The staff did try to make it up to us the next day, but since we were only staying one night, it didn’t really help. For the price we paid, we were expecting a true 5-star experience."
