"Hotel is alright for a night stay. The outside of the hotel and the lobby are beautiful, the restaurant also is quite nice and the breakfast was definetly thr highlight of it. But the rooms are too worn out, furniture looking old, bedsheets with some stains, towels too thin, shower water was very little. Staff was nice, but checkin took a long time for no apparent reason."

"The location is great and easy to get to from the airport, which was a big plus for me. The room was generally okay, and in terms of price-quality ratio, it was probably one of the best options. "This hotel was a letdown. While the hardware facilities were decent and the room was larger than what you'd find in the city – I guess that's its only plus. The cons, however, are numerous. Its location is remote with absolutely nothing to eat nearby. The hotel's own offerings are ridiculously expensive; a 200ml bottle of water was 13 Reais! They claim to have an airport shuttle service, but that was a joke. I started waiting at the airport at 8 AM and didn't get on a bus until past 1 PM. I called the front desk multiple times, and each time they'd tell me it runs every hour and give me a specific time, but nothing ever showed up. Eventually, the front desk just ghosted me – wouldn't answer calls or reply on WhatsApp, even though I politely just sent a picture asking if I was waiting in the wrong spot. I even tried to cancel through Ctrip, but, predictably, it was denied. So, don't believe their shuttle schedule; they only run it when they have guests actually going to the airport, but the front desk will routinely lie and tell you it's hourly. The front desk service was terrible and unwelcoming. They claim to have English-speaking staff, but the person who helped me didn't speak a word of English. To top it off, on my first afternoon, I had just taken off my clothes to shower when someone knocked, and without waiting, immediately opened the door! I was startled and quickly rushed to close and lock it. The next morning, around 10 AM, someone knocked again, and after a few insistent knocks, they just opened the door to ask if I wanted to restock the mini-bar snacks. Is this how you treat guests? And there wasn't even a 'Do Not Disturb' sign available."

"You have no idea how convenient this is! I searched all over the city of Guarulhos for a place to sleep, just to sleep. I arrived at the airport at 7:45 am after a 3-hour flight, and I spent almost the whole night without sleep because those who travel at dawn can't sleep. And we needed to sleep during the day because we were catching an international flight at 1:30 am. The hotel has rooms with central air conditioning, a good bed, a mini-fridge, a shower, and there's even a communal kitchen where you can heat up whatever you want. They have several frozen meals to buy. The only thing they don't have is breakfast, but you don't need it because there's a bakery on the corner. There's no better option than this! Yes, you can also hire a taxi from the hotel, and it costs 25 reais to take you; if you hire an Uber, it will cost you 35 to 40 reais. When I arrived, I was a little scared because it's a working-class neighborhood, but everything was great, I didn't feel unsafe. They are attracting many people because they are very flexible with check-in and check-out. If they continue like this, I believe they will grow significantly because that's what every traveler with a connecting flight needs, and the hotels in Guarulhos haven't understood that yet!"

"I had a great experience at Fast Sleep Guarulhos. The location inside Sao Paulo Guarulhos International Airport is incredibly convenient, especially for early morning flights or long layovers. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a good rest between flights. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the check-in process was smooth. Despite being inside the airport, it felt private and well-organized. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone with a long connection or early departure in São Paulo. It’s a perfect solution for a stress-free and comfortable stay right at the airport!"
