"The hotel was absolutely excellent, far exceeding my expectations. First off, the surroundings are fantastic. Located in Zhaoqing, the air quality is superb, boasting a high concentration of negative ions. Secondly, access is very convenient. A crucial tip: be sure to exit at the Binheng Expressway exit; the hotel is just 5-6 kilometers away from there. The hotel even constructed its own access road, which is much smoother than the typical local rural paths. Third, the hotel's amenities are top-notch. Every accommodation is a private villa, complete with its own hot spring pool. This makes for an incredibly comfortable and private hot spring experience. Fourth, the service is outstanding. We were greeted promptly upon arrival; our butler was already waiting at the parking lot after we parked, eagerly assisting with our luggage and escorting us straight to our villa. Check-in was seamlessly handled directly in the villa, which was a truly fantastic experience. Moreover, the butler service throughout our stay was consistently excellent, with incredibly swift responses. Truly impressive! Fifth, the hotel offers excellent dining. Dinner at Zhizhu Restaurant was of a very high standard, and the prices were quite reasonable too. Sixth, there's a wide array of recreational facilities. Guests can swim, go boating, cycle, and more. In summary, the entire hotel experience was absolutely fantastic, and I will definitely be back."

"It's so noisy that it keeps buzzing at night. I don't know if it's the laundry room or something else! We came here to participate in a cycling activity. When we checked in, we told the front desk that we might check out late and we had to take a shower when we came back! Then I paid an extra 40 yuan for two hours of room payment in advance! If we don’t have enough time, we’ll hand it in later. When we get back, it’s just the right time. We go up and take a shower, check our things, and then leave. But as soon as we finish washing, the cleaning ladies come to chase people away. I said it’s too late for us to check out. You can pay as much as you need and then pay it back. The attitude is very bad👎I have to pay it immediately!"

Then, around 2 AM, it suddenly went silent, stopped working, and started dripping water – water dripped directly onto my head when I went in and out of the bathroom! In the summer heat, the air conditioner not working at 2 AM woke me up from the heat! There was no apology or compensation for the inconvenience caused to guests; the service was unprofessional."
