Casa Palatina Vinotel ★★★

"Unfortunately, I have nothing left except forgive a star. We were invited to a wedding in the morrow. Since all rooms were already booked there, we chose to stay in Casa Palatina, about 500 metres away. Unfortunately, the contact was not very welcome. We asked if we could make a short pre-checking in a room or other room before the official check-in between about 12 and 13 a.m. for the wedding or at least have the possibility of using a toilet. Both were rejected by the notice that the business model will not be changed for this. Although we had found it bad, we would have accepted it, of course. Unfortunately, this impression continued when we left. The owner told us quite clearly that it would have been better for him if we hadn't stayed there for we were wedding guests at the morphore. He also said he didn't need us as guests. These statements have made us, honestly, unspoiled, and we cannot understand this reaction at all. During our stay we didn't blame anything, no noise caused, leave the room properly and were friendly at any time. In addition, the wedding took place from Sunday to Monday and, according to our impression, rooms were available. Even less we understand why we were treated as very normal, paying guests. This experience has unfortunately shaken our overall impression. Because of the owner's unfriendly and unhospitality, we cannot recommend Casa Palatina – especially for guests who visit a event or wedding in the morgue. On the contrary, we have experienced a very friendly and valuable approach."

"A very nice hotel with beautiful spacious and clean rooms. Directly connected is a - even for non-hotel guests - very cozy restaurant, including with very delicious regional dishes. The prices are absolutely appropriate for this quality and freshness. The service is overall (hotel and restaurant), from owners to employees, very friendly and prevalent. A special greeting to Madame Martina, who cared for us at breakfast. She always took the time to change a few personal words without being impeccable. We are looking forward to the next stay(s)."
