"Unfortunately, we were misled by the many positive reviews of this aparthotel and decided to book it. We specifically booked a "Suite Apartment," but the accommodation was neither a suite nor a regular apartment. The furnishings were reduced to the absolute minimum and were partly in a dilapidated state. The bedside tables were either crooked or practically falling apart. The chairs and the sofa in the living room were so dirty that it was downright disgusting to sit on them. The bathroom seamlessly continued the poor overall impression. The soap dispenser was broken, the shower head bracket was snapped off, and the ventilation was already covered in black mold. Due to a damaged seal and a shower screen that was far too short, the entire bathroom flooded after every shower. As if that weren't enough, we found numerous pests throughout the apartment, including cockroaches and various pantry pests. A hygienic stay was therefore virtually impossible. The advertised washing machines are located in the basement, but they are practically unusable. The room where they are located reeks so strongly of sewage that one is reluctant to enter it. The advertised underground parking garage also proved to be a complete disappointment. There are clearly fewer parking spaces than apartments. As a result, vehicles are regularly parked in such a way that other guests cannot enter or exit. On the landlord's recommendation, we finally parked our car on a street in front of the apartment. On the second morning, we discovered that our car had been broken into and a side window smashed. Of course, the accommodation cannot be directly held responsible for the crime in the area. However, when the on-site parking is practically unusable and guests are forced to park on public streets, it certainly doesn't contribute to a safe stay. Overall, this stay was a complete disappointment. The accommodation is in a condition that is difficult to reconcile with the published reviews. Cleanliness, amenities, maintenance, and organization were at a level we have never experienced before. We therefore cannot recommend this accommodation under any circumstances and would not book it again ourselves."
