"Var i området for et bryllup, og datter/son-in-law flyvede ind fra CA.Døtre så billeder af dette sted og talte med os om at tilbringe i går aftes her.Billeder er imponerende.Desværre er den bldg.portreret en begivenhedsplads og sommertidsrestaurant. Så forvent ikke engang at gå ind.  De faktiske værelser er i et sent 60's tidlige 70's multi-bldg.motel, der stadig indeholder møbler og tapet fra den tidsalder.Vores værelse havde den mørke lugt af at være lukket op i lang tid.Vores vision var enden af en anden bldg omkring 10'fra. Bedste udsigt, vi fandt på ejendommen, var en peek-a-boo af Hudson omkring en 1/2 kilometer væk. Vores første dage var på Courtyard også i Tarrytown.Priserne pr. nat var lignende.Nærheden til attraktioner, faciliteter, service, renhed og gæstfrihed var ikke engang tæt til fordel for Courtyard. Hvis en person var til stede ved en begivenhed her, kunne det være mere fordelagtig at blive her end at skifte.Køber Beware!"

"My 2nd time visiting this place this month and both times the pool was closed. The 1st time had a room on the 2nd floor and the receptionist was nice enough to accommodate me and move me to another room due to the carpet smelling moldy and just not pleasant. They explained to me that its the floor they usually allow pets on so its possible the previous guest had a dog and probably soiled the carpet. The 2nd time I rented there they once again put me on the 2nd floor and this time by the fire exit and the rooms door was literally touching the fire door which kept opening and closing all night long. As soon as I got there I noticed this was going to be a problem as I went to go to my room and saw somebody walking from where my room was and it was from that fire exit. Explained to the receptionist this time which was a different receptionist and she kind of blew me off and told me nobody had ever mentioned anything about that door opening and closing and being disturbed by it. She promptly told me o im sorry and the only other room available the a/c isn't working but there was a gentleman that arrived as I was leaving and he was checking in so there were rooms available and it was still early only 5pm. I also asked her about the ice bucket in my room which I had in hand and asked her if there should be a bag in there or we should just fill up the dirty bucket which my girlfriend had to wash and it had water already in it which she them said o im sorry there wasnt any In there and supplied me with 2 bags. Decent place just lil minor things and that 2nd receptionist was not really helpful at all. I definitely felt stero typed as she was real pleasant with the woman before me and very talkative but which me it was a real quick do you need help with something which really wasnt a nice way to start off. Besides that the place is nice and the breakfast was simple but pretty decent."
