"I was at this intel for 4 nights on a business trip. As we arrived the person at the reception made me pay in advance the whole stay and I remember telling them that I had already learnt that paying in advance is a bad sign. The next morning there was no electricity nor water and I also discovered that water was dripping from the ceiling of my bathroom over the toilet. That same morning I informed the hotel personnel but nothing was done about the drip. The water is not potable but the hotel only provided 750 ml bottle on the first day. The worst part was that one of my business partners was shouted at by the owner and told to find another place to stay. This may seem like.a.nice hotel from the outside but I would and will avoid."

"We spent 200e for one night for a suite with a jacuzzi where the bed sheets and one pillow had various prints on them and a lot of dirt. We also had our baby with us and there was dust everywhere in his crib. I would not recommend it to anyone, especially someone with children!!! We spoke to the reception and after the girl came to see it, she told us that it was the washing machine's fault, but it's not our fault that we waste 200e on something that doesn't deserve it!!!!!"

"The rooms are spacious and very clean with everything you need. Air con safe clean bedding and towels fridge small balcony but adequate. Not many guests so no buffet but anything asked for was provided quickly and efficiently. Service ice was friendly from kitchen to reception and rooms. Could not fault staff but disappointed with support of which there was none from jet2 again not the hotels fault. The location is little way out of the nearest towns but there is a bus service nearby to all main locations and is easy to use. Beach is a good 10 min. walk sometimes not ideal for those with walking difficulties as parts of the main road leading to us have limited pathways but once there it is stunning. All in all ideal for a relaxing holiday not ideal if you crave the nightlife but would highly recommend the hotel.for cleanliness and service"

"This place was not what I hoped and it's not a 3 star. Our sheets and towels were stained (make up on towels; sheets and under- bedding unsure what the stain was). Was not a clean space. All spaces could use updating. Poor fixes around the suite. Yes, you have to pay 5€ for air conditioning, taking you back to the 80s. They give you one sheet to sleep with. Just yuck."

"We had a great time at the hotel. The hotel was very neat, well-maintained, and clean. The owners and staff were kind and welcoming. If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax with your family, this is an excellent choice."

"We checked in on the 20th August as a group of friends. We had rented a sub basement room for 6 nights, expecting nothing crazy fancy but clean and comfortable as this is advertised as a four star property. I never would have expected to find the filth that we did. Firstly, when you enter the room there is a horrific damp and mould like smell, and it doesn’t get much better when the door is left open throughout the day. There is no door on the shower in the bathroom so the whole bathroom floor ends up becoming a wet room. Because there is no ventilation and no sunlight to dry it out, it ends up becoming mouldy and filthy. On the first night I noticed that sheets on one of the beds were all ripped and stained, which is not what you expect. The other bed had sand underneath the sheets which makes me think the room was not cleaned properly. We communicated this to reception the next morning and they changed the sheets. The problem with the reception was that it was luck of the draw if someone was there or not. So when you had an issue you had to wait around until someone arrived. They were friendly enough but not excellent service. On the second day we asked if someone could give us a shower curtain or something so that the bathroom wouldn’t get so flooded. A handyman knocked on the door, my friend was in the shower so I asked if he could come back in 10 mins. After 30 mins I went to check at the reception and the lady working there told me he had gone home! Not great communication. We got lots of extra towels from the reception so made due. On the third day the handyman showed up, and after he left the bathroom we noticed he had installed a toilet roll holder on the wall, no that was completely useless. In the evening we found worms or larvae on the floor in the bathroom and by that point we had enough and demanded to change rooms. The reception was only able to change rooms the following day so we had a very restless nights sleep knowing how unsanitary the room was. Once we had switched rooms they were fine and the staff took extra care with cleaning etc. but it is definitely not a 4 star, the new rooms I would say are a 3 star at best. I wouldn’t give the sub basement room even a 1 star. Upon checkout we weren’t offered anything for the unsanitary conditions we had to endure, not even some free drinks or a partial refund. This room massively impacted our holidays and the amount of hours I spent waiting around and speaking to people at reception to address issues in the hotel. There were also other issues in the room, such as lots of rust flecks by the sink, the mosquito net being ripped, and the WiFi not working in the room, but that is nothing compared to the filth we had to sleep in. I would not recommend the sub basement room to my worst enemy. The only reason this review is 2 stars is because the new rooms provided were adequate."

"Nu !!! Room dirty !!! Vi tilbragte 8 dage, dvs. syv nætter og vi blev renset, ændret pølser og handsker ONLY !!! Der var ingen luftkonditionering i badeværelset, ikke i hele værelset, ikke i et vindue!!! På badeværelsets væg var der fodspor fra tidligere sko!!! Døren var glas uden en gardin til at skjule solen, da vi rapporterede det, svarede de ubesværet, at de havde sat et godt kvalitetsglas!!!"
