"Vi havde en smuk ophold i Casa Roland Golfto.Det var centralt for os at besøge lokale nationale parker.Poolerne er store, og du kan se ud og se på scarlet macaws, toucans og andre vilde dyr. Personalet var meget godt bortset fra en blanding med en madordre, så køkkenet og barpersonalet gik koldt på os i vores ophold.(Selv om vi betalte den samlede regning) Værelserne er rene, god parkeringsplads.Frue var meget lokal og ikke rigtig til vores smag."

"I would like to come back here again. Not for television or internet, but certainly for the relaxing water side. Flyingly reachable 300 metres from the end bus San Jose to Golfito. About 1 km from Puerto Jimenez (Corcovado). In the surroundings of Banana Bay there are several places where they like to serve a delicious breakfast or a meal at a (toog) table. Enjoy the water side or rent a kayak in the hotel."

"We took advantage of the buyout option to have the whole lodge available for our multigenerational family trip including three children under the age of 10. Everything was excellent. The accommodations included some nice touches such as an outdoor shower and morning coffee / tea delivered to your suite. The meal quality, variety and freshness were all top notch and the staff were very mindful of our food allergies and preferences. There was a good variety of tours to choose from and our naturalist guide, Josue, was outstanding."

Esquinas Rainforest Lodge

"This was one of our favourite hotels on the tour. The lodge is right on the edge of the rainforest. The rooms are comfortable - although we had 3 single beds instead of a double. The fan and mesh windows helped keep the room cool. Due to the high humidity all our clothing felt damp. The food was delicious and service excellent. The pool was a good size and great to use to cool off. The grounds are beautiful and well kept with lots of flowers and wildlife. Would definitely recommend people stay here for a couple of nights."
