"Jeg havde en vidunderlig oplevelse på dette hotel.Det var meget ren, velkommen og velholdt.Personalet var utrolig venligt og professionelt. Jeg vil især gerne nævne Aurora på receptionen – hun var venlig, hjælpsom og fik os til at føle os virkelig velkommen.Tjenesten var i alt fremragende, og maden var også meget god.Tak for at have modtaget sådan en utrolig medarbejder."

"My first vacation in Albania. Hotel stuff was welcoming and friendly, very fast check-in. The room was really comfortable and spotless. Wonderful food, do not go there if wanna lose weight. Amazing beach in front of the hotel. I will definitely go there again!"

"For a 4 star Hotel, the offerings were basic at best - stayed in a double room accommodation. Pros: • Staff: Welcoming & friendly greeting; arranged airport transfer to hotel, helpful in communicating with tour guide. • Room: Clean, comfortable mattress, rooftop balcony • Location: A short walk to the beach, shops, and town centre. Cons: • Communication: Not very quick in their response to e-mails or Whatsapp ＞ I e-mailed to arrange airport transfer 2 days before departure, response received & transfer arranged day of arrival • Breakfast: Very limited variety and repetitive daily selection. • No room ammenities i.e. no shower screen (had to mop floor after every shower); no shower mat (had to place a hand towel on the floor to dry feet); no hospitality tray (had to ask for glasses for drinking); no bedroom bin; TV not picking up Netflix or Youtube despite 2 attempts at resetting; no luggage racks to place suitcase • Noisy bathroom extractor fan • Housekeeping attended to the room once in the 7 days we were there • Surrounded by ongoing construction"

"The best place to stay when you visit Albania. It’s a 10/10. The owner is very friendly and makes your stay enjoyable. They have a nice breakfast options and also make the best pasta. The view from the room is very beautiful I recommend and I will definitely visit again"

Hotel Bella Vista

"The room is very neat and cool, the breakfast is commendable, and the location is strategic, but I was shocked when I was told I could not have a guest in my room even after paying for 2 persons when I booked. I was never informed about this and felt embarrassed when the receptionist was telling me this right in front of my guest, and almost turned my plea down, and it took close to 15 minutes before she accepted as she was struggling to understand my English. If adults can't be with visitors in privacy in a hotel, where do you expect them to stay with their visitor after paying two persons price? It was so embarrassing that I had to move elsewhere the next day."

TE Bujtina Hotel

"Staying at the Te Bujtina Hotel was the highlight of my stay in the Mali I Robit/Golem area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a large balcony attached. The breakfast served by the Te Bujtina Hotel was a mixture of an Albanian/International one, and all the courses of the breakfast are presented by the hotel staff to the residents. The hotel also doubles as a restaurant which specialises in Albanian cuisine, which I tried on one or two occasions. All the staff, including the owner of the establishment, were very welcoming and accommodating to the needs of the guests. The airport transfer service provided by Te Bujtina to and from the hotel, took the stress out of arrival and departure at the Tirana Airport."
