Ramada Limited Golden ★★★

"The heating device in the room had no power indicator when plugged in. I went downstairs to find the front desk staff, who spent a long time arguing that I didn't need to worry about it and could just adjust the wall temperature. They said how could I adjust the temperature if the device wasn't working? Their attitude was extremely poor. In the end, I figured out the plug myself, got it working, and the room finally warmed up."
