"The food was exceptional, very nice meals and balanced options. The rooms are quite spacious and with a beautiful view of the Lake and the rift valley. The pool is big and heated. I would stay here again. There is hot water in the rooms and they also provide mosquito plugs."

"Absolute pleasure to visit thus family business. The siblings Jacinta and Ngure split AM and PM shifts and are always available on call when a need arises. Wilson is a long time night manager that knows us all by name. Our family has been patrons since the 80s at their sister /mother hotel downtown Gilgil called Mugoiri. There's a new cook of whom is in training, as she didn't know how to prepare an over easy egg. I asked Elizabeth to go show her how to via You Tube academy, and she finally nailed it. Ngure is also working on the their SEO and he takes customer feedback well. Thank you family. Home away from home. "

"A beautiful perfect serene Camp in the the middle of a natural habitat away from the hustle and bustle,were U awake to the singing of birds ,fresh air quite an experience. Service was excellent from check-in to check-out. The attendants were kind,welcoming, very friendly & genuinely helpful. The tent rooms were outstanding very clean, cool furniture, and that beautiful lake view from the bed is unforgettable. Waking up to it was breath taking& pure therapy. The nature trail,wildlife and sundowner were a highlight. A serene, quiet, relaxing atmosphere all around. Perfect for switching off and just Be thyself. Meals were sumptuous too. Every bite came with care. Can’t recommend it enough if you want peace + comfort without sacrificing style Lake Elmenteita Serena Camp is the ideal place. ,,"

Sentrim Elementaita Resort

"Lovely staff, wonderful views of the lake. Food was fantastic and plentiful, and we had a few game drives with lots to see. The beds were comfy and the resort really quiet so we felt well rested. Tea and coffee was provided in the rooms and the shower was nice with lots of hot water."

Sunbird Lodge Elementaita

"With breathtaking views, Sunbird lodge is a sight to behold. Since it’s located uphill, the view of lake Elementaita is magnificent. The landscaping is beautiful, the staff is friendly and the food is good. The rooms are spacious, clean and well designed. In fact you wake up the view of the lake from your room!!They also have an in-house naturalist who can take you around to see various species of birds that visit the property. They have also created bird hides, so overall great for photographers. Lake Naivasha is a 45 mins drive from the lodge. Overall I would love to come back again later. I have also attached some photographs of the place."

"It's a real blast from the past. Nostalgia-filled classic Kenyan tourism. That said, the place is a little run down, but nothing a little touching up here and there won't fix. The staff were all friendly, with great meals all around, but it has to be said that the lodge does need a makeover to return it to its glorious past"
