Also near San Tan Mall, movies theaters, Cactus Yards baseball fields, Freestone District Park, cities of Chandler, mesa and Tempe are 10 miles and Glendale is 60-90 minutes away.
The comfy beds are from Tuff and Needle and the home has an open floor plan. My place is good for couples, business travelers and families (with kids). The yard can be used for bar-b-ques, eating at the outside table, and kids playing.
Two cars can park in the 2 car driveway. The home, front and backyard are available to guest. Their is a basketball hoop that can be used in the 2 car driveway.
Gilbert Recreation center and park is 2 miles away. The gym has daily/weekly passes can be purchased. This Freestone Park district has playgrounds, train rides, carousel, skate park for scooters and skateboards.

The location is perfect with easy access to the US 60 freeway just a block away. The Banner Cancer center is right next door so this location is convenient for family members that need to be close by for patient treatments. With many dining options within walking distance and many more just a quick drive. If you are flying in, Mesa-Gateway airport is just 15 minutes away and Phoenix Sky Harbor 25 minutes away. If nature is what you like, the Superstition Mountains, Usery Park and San Tan Regional park are all within a 30-45 minute drive for day hiking and sightseeing. If you are visiting for Spring Training, this condo is just 20 minutes from the Cubs facility.

We love the messages we’ve been getting as guests have walked into their home away from home!
Start the morning off with coffee from the our coffee bar and plan a glorious dinner in our stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and more.
Kick your feet back to relax from a day of golfing around the pool, the covered patio, game room, or enjoy a movie on our wall to wall 120” projector screen!
Take a dip in our pool or enjoy a book in our different outdoor sitting spaces. Enjoy more conversations after night out as you're soaking your muscles in our glorious hot tub with jets galore. There’s enough seating for you and five other friends…and a deep lounger!
Challenge your family with giant connect four or play all night no matter how late with cornhole with enough space to setup the accurate tournament distance! You can play under the patio lights or feel free to turn on our back yard lights installed just for late cornhole!
Surprisingly, the biggest thing that people love?! Our delicious sweet and juicy oranges picked from our tree (feel free to pick them if there’s any left).
Every place is well thought out to relax, create memories, and entertain. Yes you can play lawn games all night with well lit area and ambient patio lights!
Arcades includes multiplayer games like Simpsons, Simpsons Bowling, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles + Turtles in Time, Rampage, Guantlet, Joust and more! What looks like decor magnetic game boards like chess are actually playable games you can take off the wall!

Do you need to still work? We have plenty of room to make this place an area to setup your workstation. With reliable blazing fast 100+ mb internet speed on our wifi mesh network you’ll have plenty of signal inside or outside the house.
Show off your refined cooking skills by entertaining your family and friends with a gourmet meal! This is one of the only places in Arizona (although I believe it’s worldwide) where you have easy access to satisfy your taste palette. Fry’s (Kroger), Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, and Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market are all grouped together with just a 2 minute drive! Feel like making memories with your families? Enjoy the charm of incredible highly rated selection of restaurants in Downtown Gilbert just 3 minutes away!
Entertainment areas are easily accessible as well! This area has easy freeway access to take you to all parts of the area. Local breweries (3 mins), Downtown Gilbert (3 min foodie destination), local farmer's market (3 mins), incredible local preserve (4 mins), Old Town Scottsdale (20 mins), MLB Spring Training Facilities (12-20mins), Top Golf (12 mins), and much more are all around this area! Here, you'll find dozens of amazing restaurants and foodie destinations within 5 minutes drive. From classic Italian trattorias to authentic Mexican taquerias and hip craft breweries, you'll have no shortage of delicious options to explore. Whether you're craving a unique dining experience or just want to grab a quick bite, this home is the perfect jumping-off point for your culinary journey.
Centrally located to Super Bowl activities! The game is in Glendale but there are NFL sponsored events throughout the Valley including Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, and Glendale! Each location is easily accessible through the freeway which is just mins away from the house. We are season ticket holders to State Farm Stadium for the Cardinals and this drive is perfect! Tempe and Scottsdale events are only 15 minutes away. Phoenix about 20-25 minutes.
Note: As much as we would love to heat our pool for the colder season it is a diving pool and would take too much energy to heat and will not stay warm enough to satisfy.
