"Lack of empathy, flexibility, and rigid treatment. They only care about making money at any cost. After a misunderstanding with my reservation, the hotel was completely inflexible, even though the situation could have been resolved with a little understanding and flexibility. What was most surprising was the lack of proactive communication on their part. I didn't even receive a simple attempt to contact me to confirm my presence, which could have prevented this situation. Unfortunately, the response from the assistant manager, Xavier Caballero, was completely inconsiderate and lacked any empathy. Instead of trying to understand both sides and seek a reasonable solution, he simply blamed the customer without showing any interest in finding an alternative. In my opinion, this type of attitude reflects a serious lack of tact and professionalism, essential characteristics in an industry like the hotel industry. It's a shame that, instead of valuing customers and their loyalty, they prioritize solely the economic aspect without any consideration. The lack of flexibility and empathy in such a simple situation has left much to be desired. I hope that, at the very least, this experience will help you reflect and improve your treatment of guests."

"The worst hotel i have ever been. No good service at all. They do not emphatize with the guest when there is a problem and they do not know anything about what the word service means. Horrible, just a nightmare ! I do not recommend it to anyone as they will make your stay miserable."

"This was such a memorable place to stay!. And we just loved Getxo!!. I cant wait to come back here. Tge staff are attentive and service is exceptional!. We lived our roomwith a balcony and view of the harbor. This has been our favorite part if Spain . The hotel is exceptional. I was bummed tgat the restaurant is closed the days we are here as i am sure it is excellrnt, another good reason to return. The hotel is a castle renovated and very central with easy access to Getxo and Bilbao transit via metro. Great walking here too. Higgly recommend!!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Good location and friendly service The hotel is very well located, with lovely sea views and a pleasant atmosphere. The décor is tasteful and inviting, and the staff were attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection and a nice setting. On the downside, I felt that the value for money was not quite in line with the price. At around €880 for two nights including breakfast, I expected a more spacious room and a more premium overall experience for a four-star hotel. In addition, although breakfast is officially served until 11:00 a.m., by around 10:30 a.m. several items had already run out and were not replenished promptly. The breakfast area also seemed a little understaffed. Overall, it was a pleasant stay thanks to the excellent location, beautiful views, and kind staff, but there is room for improvement to better match the price point."
