The Hampton Inn Georgetown-Marina hotel in South Carolina is located off US 17 at the Intercoastal Waterway Bridge, 30 minutes from Myrtle Beach and an hour from Charleston, South Carolina. The hotel is adjacent to Georgetown Landing Marina. We are convenient to the beach area and excellent golfing.
Visit South Carolina area attractions that include the Georgetown Rice Museum, Georgetown Historic District, the Kaminski House Museum, and Brookgreen Gardens. Waterfront shopping and restaurants are only a mile southeast of the Hampton Inn Georgetown hotel.

Ground floor unit is across from the pool and has a screened porch overlooking hole 4 on the True Blue Golf Course. It is fully furnished including a washing machine and dryer.
Easy access to everything including beaches, attractions, golf, swimming and wonderful meals. 5 -10 minutes’ drive to several pristine beaches. Restaurant Row and entertainment in Murrells Inlet is a short drive.
True Blue II is a relaxing, quiet community without in-unit parties.

The perfect family oriented getaway for someone wanting peaceful/beautiful surroundings, but wants access to all the action. Ground level apart. beautiful vaulted ceiling, includes a separate LR, queen BR, full private bath, kitchenette, micro-wave, fridge, 2 burner stove, ,2 LG TVs, AC/heat, wifi, and 3 separate/private/ground floor entrances/exits. Private parking. Use of the pool (directly outside your back door), grills, and fire pit. The beach is just a short 3 mile drive. Close to Myrtle Beach., Murrells Inlet & Georgetown.
This is a fully self contained and private ground level unit that is completely locked off from the main house. The BR and LR have their own large screen TV's. Perfect for 2 but 3 or 4 can be accommodated with the comfortable spring cot and comfortable sofa (not a pull out bed). The bathroom is elevated one step above the ground level. I have included a picture of this step. It has it’s own separate parking and 3 private entrances. One from the front, one from the side and one from the back of the house where the pool is. This entrance provides easy ground floor access to the pool and backyard amenities.
You can come and go as you please and use all grills, tables, chairs, and pool. The balcony on the building at the back of the property belongs to another unit. You will have your own private drive on the front right of the house. This is the gate that you can enter and leave from. When arriving, you will need to park here and go through the gate. Immediately to you left is the door to your apartment . You will have your own pass code for the key less lock to enter the unit. The unit is connected to the main house and is not in the back shed with the balcony. That is a separate unit that rents from time to time as well.
A map is provided for you showing what routes you can take to go to the beach, grocery stores, liquor stores, etc.
If you wish to bring a trailered boat with you, the driveway probably accommodate that. Just send me a quick note with the length of you boat and I can confirm. There is a boat landing (Hagley Landing) to the Waccamaw River at the very end of the road we live on (Hagley Drive). It is less than 2 miles from the house. If you head south on the river, it opens to the Atlantic Ocean. If you head north, it eventually connects to the Intercostal Waterway. There are restaurants, marinas and points of interest along the way.

The cottage/guesthouse includes a private full bath, kitchenette with micro-wave, fridge, 2 burner stove, garbage disposal, TV, AC/heat, wifi, and its own balcony that overlooks the beautiful swimming pool. You will have use of the pool, grills (gas, charcoal and electric), fire pit and the golf cart (golf cart is only available with this unit). The beach is just a short 3 mile cart or car drive. Close to Myrtle B., Murrells Inlet & Georgetown
This is a fully self contained and private unit located on the top floor of our outdoor building. It is not connected to the house, where we have one other unit. The lower lever has a workshop which is not used during a quest's stay. Your own private balcony overlooks the large backyard and pool in which you will have the use of.

The kitchen is fully stocked and features a full size refrigerator, full size washer and dryer, stove and microwave. Also included is a Keurig coffee maker, as well as, a traditional coffee maker. True Blue condo, the location, activities, theaters, beautiful beaches, pools, and many restaurants make for a wonderful vacation getaway that is ideal for golfers, couples, or families.
This 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo is on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed, with a private full bathroom and a sliding glass door that leads out to the screened porch. The second bedroom has 1 king bed and is located next to the second full bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and shares the second bathroom. Each bedroom has its own television. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. The unit sleeps a maximum of 6 guests per HOA rules, no exceptions.
The living room has a large HDTV, looks out unto the golf course and has sliding glass doors onto the screened in porch.
We provide all linens, towels and some beach towels. We do not guarantee beach towels but try to keep them in the unit. We do not supply personal toiletry items.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a full washer and dryer in the unit. We also offer free Wi-Fi.
We have done lots of updating since purchasing the property in 2004 including new flooring, blinds, appliances, new HDTV, granite countertop in the kitchen, new furniture, and more.
If grilling is what you desire there is a charcoal grill located right next to the rear of the unit. This is a shared grill. We do not supply charcoal or starter fluid.
Parking for 2 cars is free on-site and there are several spots available very close to the unit. One car may be parked in front of the building and the other can be parked on the road side of the parking area.

We have a very high standard of cleanliness that we demand of our housekeeping staff. In order to provide you with a home that meets our standards, they must have ample time to thoroughly clean between guests; therefore we must enforce our checkout time.

We will coordinate with you prior to your arrival for the door codes.
5.What is provided in the home?
Our home is fully furnished with the following amenities. All linens, bedding, pots, pans, dishes and utensils are provided for your convenience. We also provide starter rolls of paper products that include toilet tissue, paper towels, and a few extra trash bags. Please feel free to use any spices, condiments, or other items in the kitchen.
6.What should we bring with us?
We suggest you bring along a few items to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Since we only provide starter paper items and trash bags we suggest you bring along an additional supply of toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags.
