Fortunately, they eventually upgraded us to a larger suite. It was a fairly standard budget business hotel, right next to the train station and very close to the cruise terminal. Very convenient."

"We booked 2 rooms: one for my parents and the other for myself. While mine didn't have much issues, the bin in my parents' room was not cleared and there were strands of hair on some of the towels. The AC in their room also wouldn't turn on, luckily it was a cool night so they didn't have to use it. What we both encountered was that the water pressure would become very low during peak times, making showering virtually impossible. The only advantage this hotel has is the proximity to Genova Principe station and a couple of cafes and restaurants nearby."
