We didn't have a chance to enjoy the afternoon tea, but the front desk, hearing we wouldn't arrive until after 7 pm, proactively reserved two delicious dinners for us. Bottled water is unlimited, provided by Baishui Mountain. The room is quite large and comfortable, and very quiet at night. Breakfast was good, but the 7-9 am time slot felt a bit early. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and Xiao Wang was particularly helpful, even helping us with our luggage in the car before we left."
