"The hotel is quite new, and the air conditioning in the room works great. The breakfast is decent, offering standard items like bread, eggs, coffee, tea, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and sausages. For Switzerland, the room rate is pretty good value for money. You can even watch CCTV on the TV. In the summer, there are a lot of flying insects, and I found a small bug in my room on the first night. The front desk immediately moved me to another room. If you turn right after leaving the hotel, there's a supermarket and a shopping mall about a 3-minute walk away. Trams 14 and 18 nearby can take you to the city center. The hotel also sends an email explaining how to get a transportation card. There's a 24-hour self-service tea and coffee station in the ground floor restaurant."

"Very unprofessional & terrible experience at Salon Dufour! First of all, when we entered the hotel, no one opened the door for us. I thought this was a 5 star hotel? We were there for afternoon tea at precisely 3pm & there was nothing on the menu but snacks & drinks. We waited for someone to take our order, but after 15 minutes I had to go to reception & ask for someone to help us. Finally a server came & took our orders & it took a while to get our drinks. The server put our tea cups down in a messy way & not in front of each person. Then when the tea pots came the server poured the tea & it dripped on both the teapot & the tea cup saucers. He never apologized or changed our tea cups. I wholly expect Four Seasons to have impeccable service as they are world-renowned & the atmosphere & service to be perfection. Instead this was a waste of time & money. I will never return."

"FOR YOUR SAFETY AVOID THIS HOTEL I have been stolen inside the breakfast area I kept my bage near i just looked away i didn’t find the bag and they checked the cameras a guy came and stole it they are making deals with criminals to steal you It is not safe at all and there was 230 thousand usd in my bag that was stolen Where are the security? How is a criminal letting them in the hotel ? No ones watching the cameras ? It is a deal beetween the hotel management and the criminals And the front desk and waitress were laughing at us when we got stolen and saying good luck Don’t stay at this hotel at all!!!!!"

Udstyret er meget komplet og ren.Desværre er det et par dages rejse, tidligt og sent, ellers vil jeg også lave en dejlig middag.Der er fitnessrum nedenunder, og alle de faciliteter, der kan ses.Dette er det bedste hotel i Genève, og det er en stor oplevelse!"

"It was a lovely hotel and easy to get into town from it but the shuttle bus should be more frequent, we waited a good while at the airport for the bus to the hotel to arrive and while thankfully all our party could get on the bus, it filled up quickly and there were some people who had to wait for the next one which would’ve been a very long wait."

"Jeg boede for nylig på Holiday Inn Genève for min fødselsdag med min forlovede og havde en fantastisk oplevelse.Værelset var meget behageligt og personalet var meget venligt og samarbejdsvilligt, selv med vores tidlige check-in. Morgenmaden var fremragende med en stor variation, og de gratis bytransportpasser var en enorm bonus. At komme rundt var super let med bekvem adgang til trams og busser lige ind i byens centrum, og lufthavnsforbindelser var også meget glatte og svære. Generelt var det en perfekt ophold med stor service, komfort og fremragende forbindelse omkring Genève.Jeg vil bestemt anbefale det til enhver, der besøger byen."

"Superb location, directly opposite Geneva train station. The hotel is easy to find. They provide breakfast for 17 fr and there’s a restaurant/pub on the ground floor. The noise insulation is good, and the area is quiet at night. The room is clean and spacious, fully carpeted flooring. There is air conditioning in each room which you can control. A bottle of water is provided. Very suitable for business and leisure travellers who want a quiet night, at a very reasonable price. Basic toiletries are provided. The room AC is already switched on when I entered the room. That’s a very nice touch. Do note that the room card will stop working after 12pm on the check out day, so make sure to check out on time. The staff are very helpful and prompt. They even reminded me about the free Geneva transport card. They really made me feel at home. I would love to stay here again when I come to Geneva!"
