"We had a wonderful stay and would like to express our sincere appreciation to the team. A special thanks to Mr. Enamul Islam from Housekeeping. Being from our hometown made us feel even more comfortable, and he took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. He made my wife's birthday truly memorable with a beautiful room decoration and an amazing winery-view arrangement. His attention to detail and warm hospitality exceeded our expectations. We would also like to thank Mr. Abhinand from the Front Office. He was very professional, well-spoken, and always ready to assist us with valuable suggestions during our stay. Initially, we had booked only 2 nights, but because of the outstanding service and special care provided by both of them, we decided to extend our stay by another 4 nights. Thank you for making our visit such a memorable experience. We look forward to visiting again."

"I recently stayed at Regenta Resort Soma Vine Village and had a wonderful experience overall. The check-in process was smooth, and the welcome drink made with Soma wine was a lovely touch that I truly enjoyed. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Although the service was a little delayed at one point, I contacted Housekeeping and the response was excellent. A manager personally came to check on the issue and immediately arranged for the room to be cleaned. He also took the time to speak with us in a very professional and courteous manner. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but his prompt attention and hospitality left a great impression on us. Thank you, Regenta Resort Soma Vine Village, for making our stay memorable. We had a wonderful time and look forward to visiting again."
