"We booked a "comfort" room because they had nothing else, but we never expected to find such dated furnishings, and especially a bathroom with a shower right next to the toilet, with a plastic folding door that was truly difficult to judge. The bed was comfortable and the terrace overlooking the sea was lovely, but in the three days we stayed at this hotel, they hosted two weddings, causing quite a bit of inconvenience to guests with music until late, etc. The property is very beautiful, as is the beach. Breakfast was also good, but the restaurant, in my opinion, was "embarrassing," with all the dishes we tried neither beautiful nor tasty, and the service was absolutely inadequate. I recommend simply booking a room and breakfast deal, avoiding the simpler rooms, such as the so-called "sconfort" ones."

"Ok so following my 1st review when i arrived, I've been here 2 weeks now so here is my full honest view 1. the room & balcony is the only best part of this hotel. 2. Staff are rude ignorant egotistical and pretty useless. From the security guard refusing to allow takeaway food to be brought in, to reception male who seemed to believe there was nighttime entertainment pointing to an empty dark quiet boring bar ! To reception guys not able answer basic questions what is late check out fee, it was like been surrounded by primary school boys not what id expect from so called professional hotel staff 3. The worst part was the snack bar limited opening Hours ( nothing on evenings) the food is gross cheeseburger was not cooked red in middle chicken burger gross id question if it was chicken more like rubber, panini dry with such small pieces chicken you actually thinking your having just a salad sandwich. 4. The price of beer at the snack bar changed daily from d35 to 50 then 60 they just make up the prices as they feel plus the way they clean glasses is a health hazard rinsed under cold dirty water and dried ! No thanks 5. I didn't find any helpful staff at all .except the chambermaid who was the most hardworking member of staff 6. It cost d180 for breakfast 180 for lunch and 180 for dinner it really isnt worth it at all ! My advice book room only and eat & drink away from hotel not only will you get really good decent food cheaper for example Spanish tapas × 4 is d140 plus beer d30 so much cheaper, a good breakfast of omelette, bread, cheese meat olives mint tea & orange is d90 on the marina much better environment too! Dinner so many amazing options from fillet steak d120 to paella d90 .and Italiano pastas with bottle decent wine (2 glasses) fpr d120 so if i paid to eat at hotel for d540 i get no choice its just the buffet choice compared to enjoying delicious foods away from this hotel for half the half the price 7. Went to the spa for massage and facial well lets be honest just forget it don't waste your time or money! Not trained at all i think probably pulled a cleaner off the job to do the facial not professional at all just head into the city nearby lots spas to choose from much better 8. OMG the jacuzzi i had to avoid as many muslim women in full dresses heavy materials hijab sat in jacuzzi fully clothed. Now those heavy materials sat in sun sweating Then getting in jacuzzi fully clothed made me feel sick no shower either ! Vile so id advise not to use for safety of your health. The pool was also open for local children well just boys who came probably for their weekly bath again i wouldn't use the pool for health reasons didn't see much pool cleaning/testing going on too 9. Would i recommend this place ? If you get cheap deal room only and have no intention of staying in the hotel i was out all day at beach going walks and out on evenings then it will be ok. If you have any more expectations such as entertainments? Good food, helpf"
