The best thing about this hotel is that it has its own ski resort and a designated area for snow activities. We enjoyed our stay here even though it was short. However, the check-in process could be more efficient. Despite all counters being open, it still took some time to complete the check-in. but overall still satisfied with our stay."

My stay here was impressive, and I definitely want to come back again. If I return to Hokkaido, I would book this hotel again without hesitation. There’s plenty of parking, the bathroom amenities are fully equipped, and the staff provide excellent service. Some staff members can also communicate in English, which makes the stay even more comfortable. Everything was simply perfect."
