"Absulut absburde about this hotel. We have a kid about 7 years old ,been here till 14:00 am and still waiting for a room. Stuff had nothing to do with all this , but people vent crazy. People had babys and this wasn the whorst nightmare. Give people at the reception a rasie because they dont deserve that. And we hope actually we want money back 18:42 o clllok we stiill waittg for the room!!"

"I'm back after three years... and what a surprise! Since my last visit, the facility has improved dramatically in many ways. Starting with the dining room, where the quality is immediately noticeable: the service is more attentive, the staff more helpful, and the food is decidedly better. Special praise goes to Dorde and Duliana, two truly professional, polite, and kind managers. They listened to us and anticipated our needs, especially those of my partner, who is lactose intolerant. They made us feel truly welcome, without ever making us feel burdened. And the other dining room staff were always friendly and helpful, so kudos to the entire team! The rooms were clean and well-maintained, as were the pool area and bar service, where we enjoyed relaxing. Even at reception, we found the staff always smiling and helpful, ready to answer any questions and accommodate any needs. We had requested a centrally located room, and they accommodated us with ease. Overall, a much better stay than our previous visit. It's nice to see a facility investing in improvement and truly putting the customer first. We'll be happy to return!"
