"Free shuttle from/to airport every 30 min. But staff didn’t count passengers to airport in early morning which should be peak time. I planned to take 5:30am one but didn’t get in due to bus full. I was told another bus will come in 10-15min. But it only came 6am. Staff explained it took time to get a bigger bus and finally all 6am group got in. Lucky that I still had enough time for domestic flight check-in"

"When I travel for business, the environment and hygiene are my top priorities. The room was spacious, tidy, and clean. Located within a university campus, the surroundings were vibrant with students coming and going. It's also just a 10-minute walk to the Marta North Avenue subway station. Cory at the hotel bar was enthusiastic and helpful, recommending great beers. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay."

"This hotel is relatively close to the airport, the decor is quite new, and it's very clean. The hotel environment is also nice, and it's not far from nearby restaurants. It's located north of the airport, but a bit far from the beach, so you'll need to take a taxi. It would be even better if breakfast were provided."

"We came to Atlanta for a little Anniversary trip. We are platinum Marriott members and have stayed at nice Marriott properties all over the world. The St. Regis in Buckhead is one of our favorites. We usually come here a couple times a year because of the great service and we love the location. This time, we had a few hiccups with the service. When we checked in, my wife ordered some coffee to be brought up but after an hour and still no coffee, she cancelled it because we were getting ready to leave. As we left, we asked to have extra pillows brought to our room, but when we returned, there were no pillows so we had to call down again to request the pillows. Finally, we ordered room service for dinner and after waiting over an hour, we called to check on the food and was told they delivered the food to the wrong room and had to make it again. We have always enjoyed staying here at the St. Regis and have always had excellent service. Hopefully this was an aberration and not a sign of declining service. They did comp the room service and gave us a hotel credit for our trouble without us having to ask which was nice. Will definitely be back"

"There was a shuttle to Atlanta Airport every 30 minutes. However, the shuttle from the hotel only ran as far as the domestic terminal, so there was a minor inconvenience in having to get off and take an airport shuttle to the international terminal. The room was very spacious, so we were able to spread out six pieces of luggage and stay comfortably."
