The manager told me that the steamed buns are made fresh and the milk tea is brewed to order—authentic and comforting. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is warm and polite. It was an excellent experience for my business trip, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"Infuriated! Absolutely infuriated. I have no idea how those positive reviews came about; it was absolutely disgusting. There were no actual service staff, just a security guard uncle. And he didn't care that we were all women. The comforter and pillows were yellow, so gross. We asked for them to be changed, but they said there weren't any and asked us to be understanding. It smelled awful, like mold. So bad, definitely avoid this place at all costs. I've included a few pictures, see for yourselves."
