The front desk staff were incredibly gentle and professional. Check-in was very fast, and the overall experience was great. They patiently answered all my questions and had an excellent attitude! And I have to give a huge shout-out to the room's cleanliness! It was spotless, with not a single dirty corner. The floor, desk, and bathroom were all very tidy, and there were no strange odors. The bedding was soft and clean, so incredibly comforting to lie on after a long day of traveling, finally allowing me to relax and rest properly. The facilities were also comprehensive. The lighting created a comfortable ambiance without being harsh, and the water pressure was just right. The toiletries were clean and effective. Everything was neat, and the Wi-Fi speed was excellent, no buffering whether I was streaming shows or working. All in all, a big thumbs up! 👍👍👍"
