The hotel environment is very good, the rooms are also great, and the laundry room is a nice bonus with clean washing machines. The breakfast was decent too. The front desk service was very warm and helpful, and the room service was impeccable. Especially when I accidentally left my ID at the hotel, the front desk helped me find it and even mailed it back to me. Such thoughtful service made this a truly great hotel experience for my business trip."

"This hotel is conveniently located near Zumiao Temple and Lingnan Tiandi, and a taxi ride costs less than 10 RMB. It's a newly opened hotel this year, so the facilities are new and the service is excellent! The bedding and toiletries are also very good. There's complimentary tea in the lobby! Because of the hot weather, the kind front desk lady even gave us two extra bottles of water when we left, and there were already eight bottles in the room – definitely enough to keep us hydrated! The breakfast offers fruit, drinks, and both Chinese and Western options, which is quite nice!"

"I checked in last night during a heavy downpour. I called the front desk to ask about parking, and the lady at the front desk, Cic, even offered to bring an umbrella to me. I told her not to bother as I didn't want to trouble her. When I got to the front desk to check in, I was pleasantly surprised to find that black tea and towels had already been prepared for me. The service was truly excellent! 👍🏻 The hotel room was also great, very clean and well-maintained, and all the facilities and amenities were fully equipped. This was my first stay, and the experience was fantastic."

"I took my child out for Children's Day. Facilities: To be honest, the play facilities are a bit old, but there are many food options inside, and the prices are cheaper than X-Long. We chose the stargazing room, and my child loved it, but I hope the cleanliness can be improved. Some hidden corners weren't cleaned properly, and there was a lot of dust in the room. The hotel package included access to the amusement park, but many facilities required additional payment, which felt a bit like a rip-off. What I did enjoy was the swimming and hot springs. It feels like Changlu really wants to be a resort, but perhaps due to the current economic downturn, it hasn't been able to maintain itself well. Overall, it was still an enjoyable trip. I hope Changlu improves!"
