"On my 9th stay at the Swiss-Belhotel Hengan, I once again enjoyed their five-star service. We booked a two-night, three-day twin room, and when the hotel learned we were traveling with a child, they thoughtfully upgraded us to a business room free of charge. The room was spacious enough for our child to play happily, and they even provided kid's amenities. We were also touched that the hotel provided a capsule coffee machine, making it convenient to enjoy coffee in the room! For the past few years, whenever I have the chance, I love staying at this hotel right on my doorstep. It's conveniently located, has a beautiful environment, offers attentive service, and pays attention to details. The photo in figure 3, taken from the window in the room, turned out amazing! Definitely deserves a five-star rating! 👍👍👍"

"The BnB is quite secluded in the district. But nearby to the metro station. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Response from the homestay staff on wechat is instant and they provide free shuttle services to and fro the metro line. So it's very accessible. Overall room and amenities are quite good but if another guest does not follow the rules and smoke in their room, the rooms along the floor are all affected and will smell heavily of 2nd hand smoke. Although it's not a smoking room. But generally very good. Very clean. Will visit again soon."

"The moment I opened the room, I saw hair. Thankfully, the front desk staff on duty were very responsive and helpful. The two stars are for the receptionist on the night of my check-in – she was excellent. However, the front desk service on the day of check-out was terrible. 1️⃣ They called around 11 PM, waking us up while we were still sleeping. When they called to ask when we were checking out, I was completely bewildered. We had clearly agreed to a late check-out until 1 AM the night before. Why were they calling to urge us? Or was the front desk not properly handing over the procedures? 2️⃣ When checking out, I asked the front desk for two extra pineapple cakes. The guy there looked at me like, "Do I owe you something? Did you buy these pineapple cakes?" He had a really bad look on his face. I didn't even dare ask if I could buy them separately, afraid of upsetting him… In short, both service and hygiene need improvement."
