"Great room, with a view on the Olive Garden restaurant. Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Room was very nice. Excellent beds. However don’t count on filling your belly with the complimentary breakfast. I have never seen such sadness, just one or two pieces of fruit. Some cereal and limited bread to eat or toast, that’s it. That was a let down. Otherwise the stay was great."

"Had reservations but room wasn’t ready at 230pm so i asked the desk to call me when it was ready. We waited in the car and at 330 i went back in and they said it was ready not sure that i would have gotten that call even though check in was at 300 pm. We dropped our bags and went to dinner. Upon returning to the room we tried to take a nap but there was housekeepers yelling and making any chance of rest impossible. The front desk would not answer the phone so i had to chat with them through the hilton app. By this time the people above us decided they wanted to jump off their bed and run around their room for hours. Repeat messages through chat snd the desk assured me there was no noise because they sent someone to check. I asked that the manager call me and to dste i havent gotten a call. I have been a Hilton diamond member for 5 years and this is the worst experience at any Hilton and absolutely no care from the manager."

"Typical American residence inn style. Overall it's good. There might be some noise near the highway. It's better to be near the parking lot. If you need to rest well, it's best to ask for an emergency exit. There's no one next to you. The place is very large. It's no problem for a family of four. It's a bit big for me to live alone. There's a refrigerator for cooking, and the tableware is complete. The only drawback is the facilities. It's indeed a little bit of an achievement. But the price is very reasonable. I still recommend it."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. My family is very used to cheaper hotel/motel rooms when traveling so we had low expectations. I expected plain features, some noise, and outdated furniture. This place was on a whole different level and shouldn't be opened. In addition to the extreme noise and tenants who lived in the rooms asking for things from my partner, there was mold on the walls, roaches/eggs in the pictures, exposed wires sticking out of the walls including in the bathroom. The outlet that the TV went to didn't work and we couldn't try another because the cord was screwed to the wall. The blanket had large dirty spots and stains all over it. I could see outside through the gap in the side and bottom of the door as well as a hole by the AC. We went to the office and asked for a refund due to the condition - there was absolutely no hope that any other room was in better shape - and the lady said she wanted to see it, as if she didn't believe us. She saw it and just said "ok". I had to file for a cancelation/refund through the app to get a refund. This place isn't safe at all, inside or out. It isn't safe for children with the wires and no one should be expected to sleep in a bed surrounded by mold and covered in dirt and stains. I have no idea how this place is even opened."
