Including a picnic bench, outdoor fire pit, BBQ, and patio seating.**Since the home is smaller, we have a smaller onboard water heater. The hot water can run out quicker than expected, so please plan to space your showers accordingly, especially with a larger group. If you take a 10-minute shower, it will almost empty the whole hot water tank. *When booking, remember the current renovations and/or potential noise and/or vendors coming and going. All of the work would be done during normal business hours. Enjoy a relaxing shower after exploring the great outdoors — please note that our hot‑water tank provides about 5-8 minutes of continuous hot water per shower, so if you're sharing it, you may want to space showers out by 10–15 minutes.Outside, you’ve got a good-sized yard (mostly fenced), a big driveway with lots of parking space, and a cute little flower garden to add some charm.
