De har 3 værelser i stedet for 2 værelser, og et værelse var lavere end andre, og der var ingen køleskab. Og seks personer var i stilling. Vi fik 4500 i alt. Og prisen var god, men problemet med trip.com var ikke godt at afspejle kundernes problemer."
