"It was a wow factor that was a pleasant surprise seeing other hotels look nothing like there pictured on the website. We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of red and water and tea and coffee machine. Tge bathroom was super cool we had an ensuite each and a massive spa . It fits easily 4 adults or two adults and three kids with an extra bedroom upstairs. It’s close to everything andl mean everything. Thanks for a memorable three nights Alei they have a washing machine dnd dryer and no expensive which was super convenient seeing we had heaps of washing xo"

"We stayed in a Studio Suite, and the experience was excellent. The apartment is brand new, beautifully designed, and truly luxurious, with great attention to detail. Everything felt thoughtfully done — from the fittings to the comfort level. The kitchenette was extremely helpful, especially for a longer stay, and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and responsive, and housekeeping was excellent — the apartment was consistently spotless and well maintained. One very useful tip for future guests: the C2 bus, which stops right in front of the Anglo American Hotel, takes you directly into the city centre and is far cheaper than taxis. We discovered this only later in our stay, and it would be great if the hotel shared this information with guests on arrival — it makes getting into Florence much easier. Overall, a wonderful stay — modern, comfortable, and well managed. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality stay in Florence."

"Hotel indigo is located within 6-8mins walk from the Firenze Centrale Station which makes travelling to other cities and town easily accessible. About 15-20mins walk to places of interest like Duomo and Ponte Vecchio with many restaurants and shops along the way. Modern and Comfortable beds with quiet backyard views,away from road noise although it is located along a small stretch of road especially for trams. We are able to catch a distance view of the duomo from our hotel room. Overall we had a pleasant stay and a great vacation in Florence."
