The hotel itself has that unique, vintage charm of Florence's old buildings. The room was clean and tidy, and the rooftop terrace offers fantastic views of the city's dome. It's perfectly suited for a short trip to Florence, especially for travelers who prioritize convenience."

"Though it is a little bit old and antique if I can put it lime this, this hotel enjoys a very great location which you just need to walk about 5 minutes from SMN station. The street is full of great Asian food shops and just a couple minutes away from the famous central market. The service is good, and the breakfast is not abundant but is ok for a short stay. The washroom is old, and i cluldn't even be able to use the toilet, cause I need to pull the flush string quite a few times skillfully to make it work. The AC is really good, very useful esp in such a hot day."

"Three of us booked two rooms, one for my parents and one for me. Both rooms unbelievably had issues. For my parents' room, you literally had to *slam* the door open – no kidding, you read that right, *slam* it. The card key wouldn't work initially, so we called a staff member. She swiped her card, leaned into the door with all her strength, and it popped open. I ended up having to use my arm to slam it open three or four times myself. This was room 312. My room was even more ridiculous; the showerhead holder completely broke off when I turned on the water, so the stream just shot directly out of the wall, and the mirror was filthy. The hotel didn't fix it that night, saying they'd come in the morning, and there was no apology. What are the odds that both rooms would have problems? My room was 109. I find it hard to believe this wasn't some form of discrimination against Asians... And this is supposed to be a four-star hotel, with a city tax of 7 euros per person per night. What a rip-off, the experience was just terrible."

"I'm someone who's really particular about hotels. When I travel, I usually pore over dozens of reviews before booking, and even though this hotel is a bit older, it's incredibly clean and charming. There weren't many photos of the Small Suite online, but it had a separate bedroom, a bathroom down a small hallway, and another small room, which gave us plenty of space to spread out our luggage! The hotel's location is unbeatable for visiting any tourist spot, like the Duomo or Santa Maria Novella station. Plus, there's a Starbucks on the first floor that I used a few times. The most important things are location and cleanliness, and even though the hotel is in a bustling area, it was surprisingly quiet, so I slept like a baby! The bed was comfortable and didn't hurt my back, so I slept soundly. Both rooms had windows for occasional ventilation, and the cleaning was excellent. Despite my initial doubts about an older hotel, it offered great value for money. I really loved this place and highly recommend it to fellow Koreans – it's the best! As for breakfast, while it's not super diverse (considering the value), for the price, it's pretty decent compared to other hotels in the area."
