"This hotel is nice and in a great area near the Tennessee River. The only problem was that it is listed as having both indoor and outdoor pools. There is no outdoor pool so that was a big disappointment."

"Beautiful decoration, spacious room, friendly service, the most reasonable dormitory near UNA! However, it was a little difficult to use the shower ㅠ I will tell you roughly with paper. It's a little hard to understand, so it would be nice to have a video explanation. Clean and cozy room. There's a bar next to this building but It was not noisy. Staff was so kind. Would recommend! But It was difficult to control the faucet for shower. I hope there is a video about that."

"It was just overnight but we could not get the rate as shown on a site. Our room and our friends room smelled of cigarette smoke but was thinking they would not change it for us. The hotel needs updating in the rooms. The toilet was to low and outdated .think it was a little pricey. I don’t think it was the best choice.Location was good and restaurants close were good also."
