"Food was hot and nice. Choice was tiny . The pub smelt damp. Plaster coming off the walls . Loud locals drinking at bar . It just needs money spending on it otherwise just have it as a local pub not serving food or having as hotel."

"What an absolute gem! Beautifully appointed with attention to detail. Everything was of a high standard & very clean. Even the drinks options in the room were quality. A hot breakfast was not an option, but a good variety of fruit, yoghurt, cereals & juice set us up nicely."

"Could have been a little cleaner. Few items needed mending - shower screen, carpet grips were sharp. Nice location once we found the street name Booked tennis but was water logged so too slippy to play Good kitchen if wanted to make meals Hot water was hot but was signs saying so Filey 5 mins drive - see photo for Parking close to the beach"
