"Kommunikation via e-mail var stor før turen.Kunderne vred om spaen og især morgenmad. De nydte deres massage, selv om de troede, at den vilde tym og den schweiziske pin massage var bare en lidt aromatisk olie, de sagde- ikke bogstaveligt talt nogen tym eller pin.Det er bekvemt beliggende at gå til byen, bus og spor.Tak for alt!"

When we encountered a few challenges, they didn't just offer quick solutions; they thoughtfully assessed the pros and cons from our perspective, even if it meant extra work for their team. They have really went above and beyond!! The room itself was brilliant, and I had a very comfortable stay. My kids had a fabulous time playing in the snow right in our front yard! I also loved the wellness area, which had everything we needed, including a sauna, steam bath, and infrared options to help us relax. The dinner was also delightful. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Vi er gift og over 70 år. Vi kommer til bjergene både om vinteren og sommeren og søger ro, afslapning, mulighed for udflugter nu lidt enklere. Hotel Heubad er perfekt! Gæstfrihed er fremragende i alle henseender. Min mand har næsten hver dag taget et bad takket være de to swimmingpools, jeg har nydt den friske og stilhed, der blev afbrudt af fugles røv og lyden af klokkerne, og jeg ville også gerne have nydt masser og hestebad, der er historiske privilegier for hotellet, men allerede efter behandlinger jeg ikke ønskede interferens! God udgangspunkt for udflugter og shopping i Bolzano, Bressanone, Ortisei ved hjælp af gratis offentlige midler! Vi har byer skiftet til malgamiske skove og alpeskove! Råd til at prøve en ophold!"
