"Just back from a short 4 night break. This hotel is in a beautiful part of Turkey with staff that went out of their way to make your holiday special. If you want tranquillity then this is the place. So many places to relax by the pools and no rush to get sun beds, loads available with clean towels near by. There’s some light music by the main pool bar but else where it’s just nice and quiet. All food is ordered from a menu including breakfast. All meals we had were excellent and we couldn’t fault anything. Premium drinks including Gentleman Jack and Hennessy included in the package. The rooms were stunning, well cleaned and maintained . We enjoyed the live music by the outside bar at night, it finished a bit early for us so we walked next door to see the last half hour of the entertainment there. This is a pricy hotel peak season, the service did live up to it. Out of season it’s slightly cheaper and the weather was 28-30 in early October. Highly recommend and would return. A special thanks to Murat at the Executive Lobby Lounge - always with a smile on his face, teaching us some Turkish - şerefe! Ramazan and Mercan at outside bar - they worked so hard and remembered everyone’s drinks, nothing was too much trouble for them."

"Amazing stay with outstanding service and activities! From the moment we arrived at XO Cape Arnna, we felt genuinely welcomed. One of the things we appreciated most was that every guest is assigned a personal assistant who is available to help with any questions or requests throughout the stay. We were also given a tour of the hotel upon arrival, which was a great introduction to the resort and made us feel comfortable and well looked after from day one. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a relaxing atmosphere, well-maintained grounds, comfortable rooms, and plenty of space to enjoy both peaceful moments and social activities. Everything is thoughtfully organized, and the attention to detail can be seen throughout the resort. One of the things that impressed us most was the level of service throughout the hotel. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on making guests feel welcome. The overall atmosphere created by the team is warm and positive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also offers a great variety of activities for guests. We especially enjoyed the morning SUP sessions, meditation classes, trapeze activities, and the many opportunities to stay active throughout the day. There is always something interesting happening without it ever feeling overwhelming. A special thank you to Oguz from the animation team for the amazing activities. The morning SUP sessions became one of the highlights of our stay, and the regular volleyball games twice a day created a fun and friendly atmosphere where guests could meet and spend time together. We would also like to thank the girls from the event team for the wonderful evenings, great company, and enjoyable conversations. Their energy and professionalism helped create memorable nights. The evening entertainment was excellent, with impressive shows, music, dancing, and a vibrant atmosphere every night. A special compliment to the Beach Bar team as well. The cocktails were delicious, and the bartenders were always happy to prepare drinks according to our preferences. Their creativity, friendliness, and attention to detail made every visit to the bar a pleasure. Overall, what truly makes XO Cape Arnna special is its people. The combination of outstanding service, engaging activities, excellent entertainment, and a welcoming atmosphere made this one of our favorite hotel experiences. We would be delighted to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday."

"I’m a bit torn with this hotel, first of all it is not a 5 star hotel, I would say 3 stars is fair. If you go expecting that you won’t be disappointed. Rooms Our room was not good, we booked a large family room and were given a room at the top of the hill in the basement essentially. There was a terrace but it looked out onto the central staircase and lift shaft. No sunlight could make it through. We asked to be moved and after a loom of discussion they finally agreed but we were given the same room just lower down the hill! Another staircase view! The blinds were also broken so we had no privacy in the room as everyone walking along the corridor could see in. I found reception staff very unhelpful over the room. Overall both rooms were in a poor state of repair and were not well cleaned. There were shelves that were so full of dust they were unusable. Horrible soap dispensers in the shower, the shower wasn’t clean and the water leaked into the toilet next to it. In the first room we got one mini bottle of conditioner and that was it. Despite being a family of 4 we were only given 3 towels and one day got back late to no towels at all in the room. The first family room was a double bed and small sofa bed which was supposed to fit 2 kids (at 15 and 10 that was a squeeze) when we were moved rooms we had bunk beds which was a lot better. Food It was fine, the Turkish food was good, everything else was ok. You were never short of anything and the jacket potato’s from the snack bar were a hit. Very poor selection if you were vegetarian. Whilst there were vegetables it was difficult to get anything other than sides. Staff were good in the restaurant and kept everything clean. Main issue was other customers. Saw a grown man scrape the vegetables from his plate back into the serving dish! Pool This was good and the slides were fab. Open 1030-12 and then 1430-1630 and kids loved them. The pool was freezing. I’m guessing too early in the season to have heated up. Hotel The main hotel was fine, plenty of seats indoors and outdoors. The entertainment staff were good, not our scene but they tried really hard and dealt with everyone well. The shop on site is useful but so expensive! £8 for tampax, £6 shampoo….the handbag shop next door was good though for last minute shopping. Dont rely on the lift working. When we were there it worked for 1 day out of 7! It closes if it rains and also just seems to break down constantly. Trips There was a trip desk and we did the Gorge trip and it was great fun. I thought that was really good value for money and the staff running the trip were brilliant. We went to the waterpark too. A great perk to get in free as expensive otherwise. It had great slides. Easily spend a full day there. Food is expensive but it is in these places. Can easily get to the cable car and OluDeniz and would highly recommend the lagoon. It’s lovely and cheap in a cab. We didn’t use the spa so can’t comment on that."

Vores værelse var dog middelmådigt: ingen bøjler i garderoben, ødelagte håndklædetørrere på badeværelset, intet vaskerum på balkonen eller myggenet på døren (tilstødende værelser havde dem), lugten af cigaretter og madlavning fra tilstødende værelser overvældede vores værelse, klimaanlæggets filter var dækket af støv og var elendigt; vi rengjorde det selv. Balkonbordet burde udskiftes; det er meget klodset og har skarpe kanter. Desuden kommer al støjen fra det tilstødende værelse igennem; vægisoleringen burde være bedre."

"Warning! They advertised parking, but you couldn't actually get in. Parking outside cost 2000 lira for two days, and you had to drag your luggage a long way along uneven, difficult-to-walk-on surface. Children weren't allowed. I clearly remember this wasn't mentioned when I booked; I booked in advance, but upon arrival, I was told children weren't allowed, and they wouldn't negotiate a refund or compensation. The owner recommended another place, but the hygiene was terrible. It felt like a cheap hotel; the price was similar, so I figured the environment couldn't be much better."

"Vi havde en virkelig smuk opholdssted.Lejligheden var ren, tidlig og placeret i en velsikret resort, hvilket gjorde os føle sig behagelige hele vejen. Det er også i en stor beliggenhed, kun en kort gåtur til daglige essenser som transportforbindelser og nogle smukke, prisvenlige steder at spise. Resorten selv står over for havet, og selv om vores lejlighed ikke havde direkte havudsigt, var stranden bogstaveligt talt lige over vejen. At komme rundt var meget let uden en bil, da den offentlige transport kører regelmæssigt og er overraskende billig, startende med omkring 70-penge pr. tur. Værten, Lebrentals, var god til at håndtere, og Sadik, vores vigtigste kontakt, stod virkelig ud.Han var venlig, responsiv og altid glad for at hjælpe37413;Han sagde ofte, 8220; bare lad mig vide, hvad du har brug for, 8221; som vi virkelig sætter pris på. Det var i det hele taget en vidunderlig oplevelse, og vi ville helt sikkert elske at komme tilbage.Det er et virkelig godt sted at blive."
