"The people working here are absolutely awful. Let me start with the bellhop who basically extorts money from you. He just stands there, staring at your luggage, and won't leave until you tip him. The front desk staff are equally terrible. I was delayed on an excursion on check-out day and asked them to help my wife bring our luggage down, as our hotel room was at the very top. They completely ignored my message, and she ended up dragging all the heavy bags herself. Later, she asked if she could wait for me for 10-15 minutes, but they wouldn't even let her stay on the hotel grounds. Also, the staff doesn't bother to monitor guests who leave their belongings on sun loungers all day and never show up. They don't even use towels; sometimes it's just a half-empty water bottle. The hotel owner seriously needs to sort out his staff. Thank goodness I'll never have to come back here."

Both breakfast and the à la carte dinner were delicious – arguably the best meal I had in Turkey! The food selection is incredibly rich, and the prices are much more affordable than those on the main street below. I highly recommend dining at the hotel at least once!"

There were many fish, which was suitable for swimming and snorkeling. I smoked a cigar by the sea to feel the sea breeze. I had dinner at the hotel and enjoyed the sunset. The portion was large and the taste was good. Good seats need to be booked in advance. Breakfast is not in line with the appetite of Chinese people. The cheese bread and eggs are tasteless. I recommend everyone to go to the 180-degree restaurant at the door. The scenery is beautiful and the grilled lamb chops are delicious. "We contacted the hotel via WhatsApp one day in advance to confirm the check-in information for the next day, and informed them that we would come after the island hopping on the next day. On the day of check-in, we informed the hotel 15 minutes in advance that we were about to arrive at the designated parking lot and needed to send someone to pick us up. The funny thing happened, no one answered. When the sun was about to set (the original plan was to go directly to the hotel to have dinner and enjoy the sunset after the island hopping), a white mother and daughter happened to come, and the hotel sent someone to pick them up (it was very reasonable to think that they were to pick them up). What's even more ridiculous is that when we arrived at the hotel, a female manager came to greet us. She greeted the white people with a professional fake smile, and did not receive the two guests who should have arrived earlier but arrived now. It was so funny! Don't worry, it's not over yet. When I got up on the second day of check-in, there was no water in the tap. I was really speechless. The infrastructure was so poor, and the service was not good. It all depended on the natural scenery. If you choose this hotel for taking pictures, it is indeed okay, but for the rest, just laugh it off!!!"

All the noise from their toilet was in my room. The door lets in all the noise from the hallway. If a crowd of British alcoholic teenagers is out late at night, their shouting will wake you up at 2 a.m. The music from the street was only audible one night. Until exactly 12. Then it was turned off. Thank goodness for that. The music by the pool is also not loud. That's a plus. All the sun loungers are already occupied by Brits by 8 a.m. The hotel is teeming with them. The building's location isn't very pleasant; neighboring balconies can see everything in your room. You can't open the curtains. The staff doesn't speak Russian. Prices are all in pounds. Late checkout costs £40, and the receptionist came to my room three times asking for money. It turns out you can't pay extra when you hand over the key. Even though we agreed that morning that I would check out late, he didn't ask for money. He told me to stay until 4:00. That's a minus. The breakfasts are excellent. Grapes, apples, pears. Melons, watermelons, omelets, and scrambled eggs. Everything is at your service. The grounds are beautiful and cozy. The hotel is a solid 4. Beach prices around here range from 1,000 to 1,500 lira for a sunbed and umbrella. P.S. The cleaning lady didn't notice the underwear a previous guest had left as a surprise for me. But overall, the cleaning was wonderful; they even spun swans for 100 lira. And the granny was always smiling. She brought me a gorgeous fluffy towel. Thank her so much!"
