"I visited during the off-peak season, and the room was excellent, exceeding my expectations. It was my first time staying at a hotel here, and I had been deliberating which one to choose. After seeing them in person, I decisively picked this one. Sometimes pictures really can't be trusted; you truly need to see it for yourself. I'd like to specially commend one of the front desk young ladies. She was wonderful and very patiently showed me several room types, even in different buildings, and answered all my questions. The hotel's location is superb, arguably the best near the lake. Buildings 2, 3, and 4 all have great spots, and most rooms offer lake views. There are also charging stations right next to the lobby. The family rooms are very well-thought-out, clearly designed with children in mind. The beds are lower than in other room types, making it easier and safer for kids to get in and out. The hotel bedding is also very comfortable and soft. Most importantly, the hotel is wonderfully warm with genuine underfloor heating – the floors are hot! Although some floor areas were still cool, the room itself was very toasty. Hot water was also plentiful, with strong pressure, and available instantly, which was a huge plus! The only slight drawback was breakfast. The breakfast hours are already quite short, from 8 AM to 9:30 AM. We arrived at 9 AM, and it was pretty much packed up. There was hardly any food left, and what little there was had been removed from the warmers prematurely, so in the middle of winter, all the food was ice-cold. I could only ask an auntie to cook me a bowl of noodles. This definitely needs urgent improvement; it shouldn't detract from the overall experience."
