Extremely low emotional intelligence, very uncomfortable. I will absolutely not recommend it, and I will never come back. When we go out and take a taxi, even a regular taxi, in this heavy rain, with so much luggage, and especially with elderly people and children, the driver will always lend a hand or at least ask if we need help. This is truly the first time I've encountered such staff at a hotel. Playing dumb."
