"Just outside Fano, a nearly perfect hotel. The rooms are very characteristic, with exposed beams and rustic terracotta floors. The bathrooms are very clean and have new fixtures, shower stalls, and faucets. The young couple who run it are welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast is worthy of much more expensive hotels, with delicious homemade cakes, fresh fruit, excellent croissants, and a generous savoury selection. To be honest, otherwise it sounds like a friendly review: access to the rooms is via stairs (but I didn't ask if there's an elevator available for those who might have difficulty) and the mattress is a bit soft. But just to nitpick. Excellent."

"Hotellets held og styrke er sikkert personalet. De fælles områder (indgang, ydre del, restaurant) er virkelig behagelige og behandlet, men værelset havde mange fejl: ubehagelige madrasser, ubarmhjertig, der stak af fra loftet, Det er en af de vigtigste problemer, der er forbundet med at skabe en ny arbejdsplads, og som er mere generelt bemærket, at der er behov for en fornyelse. Alle drenge på restauranten, Susy hovedkvarteret, receptionister og damer på rengøringstjenesten er alle smilende, effektive, forberedte og har fået os til at føle sig velkommen som i en familie. Jeg håber at finde dem alle igen næste år og finde de nødvendige forbedringer i værelserne til en virkelig afslappende og behagelig ferie i alle henseender."

"The staff were very welcoming and helpful and spoke excellent English. We very much enjoyed the peacefulness and setting of the traditional building and the location just outside Fano. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and cosy interior. Excellent views over Fano. Easy to find just off the motorway and plenty of parking."

"We stayed here for 6 nights whilst visiting Le Marche. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff very helpful. Our corner room on the second floor was extremely spacious with a good shower and comfortable large bed. We had 2 balconies and a view of the Roman wall of Fano. Wifi signal was very strong which is always an advantage. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and good coffee and pleasant service. We chose this hotel as it had a bar and we often like to finish the day with a small drink but we’re very surprised that the choice of wine was so limited - it was basically ‘red or white’ so only a ‘house’ wine and no choice. Thankfully the red was a Sangiovese which was nice but very surprised to find a hotel with a bar but no selection! Irritating also the the TV was on constantly in the seating area (breakfast / bar) playing game shows in Italian. Just a small thing but I found it annoying!"

"Vi var i qsto hotel x to nætter ...fra læsninger jeg var lidt bekymret xké jeg forventede et lille værelse ...x velgørenhed nn vi fandt det enormt, men sikkert levedygtig ...den styrke punkt sikkert hotel placering ...hotel for nylig omstruktureret så alt fungerer perfekt. Stor morgenmad rig på søde og saltede x hver stue ...Meget venlig og tilgængelig både fra receptionen Ke fra bar ...Eneste dårlige bemærkning til vores tøj advarsel nn egen rengøring ...I håndklæderne c var fløjter.. cmq i alt, hvis vi vender tilbage til fanen, vender vi tilbage til qsto hotel.. ☺️"

No solution that makes you say WOW. details in the room that in my opinion do not deserve 4 stars (inside of the broken wardrobe-garden sofa used as a piece of furniture) Breakfast without particular good pieces, without praise and without infamy. The only negative note: staff at the reception devoid of any initiative: only after a lot of insistence for information on a nearby rent car were they redirected us to a presumable Maggiore office next to Saipem (a company opposite the hotel). Too bad it hasn't existed for 4 years. Modern hotel suitable for short, unpretentious stays that can improve customer relations"
