"Just outside Fano, a nearly perfect hotel. The rooms are very characteristic, with exposed beams and rustic terracotta floors. The bathrooms are very clean and have new fixtures, shower stalls, and faucets. The young couple who run it are welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast is worthy of much more expensive hotels, with delicious homemade cakes, fresh fruit, excellent croissants, and a generous savoury selection. To be honest, otherwise it sounds like a friendly review: access to the rooms is via stairs (but I didn't ask if there's an elevator available for those who might have difficulty) and the mattress is a bit soft. But just to nitpick. Excellent."

No solution that makes you say WOW. details in the room that in my opinion do not deserve 4 stars (inside of the broken wardrobe-garden sofa used as a piece of furniture) Breakfast without particular good pieces, without praise and without infamy. The only negative note: staff at the reception devoid of any initiative: only after a lot of insistence for information on a nearby rent car were they redirected us to a presumable Maggiore office next to Saipem (a company opposite the hotel).
