Premier Inn Falkirk Central ★★★

"Location is good for the kelpies at Helix Park and also the Falkirk Wheel. Our room was a good size room and clean but the reception is very scruffy and requires upgrading. The restaurant, belonging to premiere Inn was a complete let down. The service was ridiculously slow and they only had one steward serving on a Friday night for both the bar and restaurant. And apparently one chef!! We waited nearly 2 hours to get our food! And it was another disaster our meals were sub standard too . We are so disappointed. And will not be back!!"

Premier Inn Falkirk North ★★★

"On arrival the hotel looked great and was right next door to brewers Fayre which was a bonus checked in without any problems KIRSTY on the reception desk was so helpful friendly and went out her way to welcome us … arriving in the room we were on the 1st floor room was clean (thanks to PAIGE) who left us a wee welcome note there was extra pillows included a fan which was perfect for me. Got a wee Mother’s Day chocolate from the Falkirk team much appreciated overall great wee stay nice wee hotel. Brewers fayre is literally a stone throw away food was lovely staff were amazing and drinks went down lovely would definitely recommend these places can’t thank the Falkirk premier in team enough they go above and beyond to help you with your stay definitely be back "

The courtyard bar, kitchen, rooms

"This is the most welcoming, accommodating and friendly place to stay. We arrived earlier than expected and Alana the bar manager showed us straight to our room. Our twin room was on the second floor and very spacious. The little personal touches in the room made us feel special. We ate in the bar on both nights and the food was delicious. Breakfast was also superb. Nothing was a bother to Alana, Karli and Lindsay (sorry if I have spelt any names wrong). Would definitely recommend this little gem of a place. 100/10"
