"I stayed at the Premier Inn Falkirk North for 5.5 weeks for work during February and March 2026. The room were spacious and had everything I needed to live here comfortably during my stay. The beds are incredibly comfortable (I don't usually sleep well when I'm not home in my own bed, but this was the exception!). Rooms are cleaned to perfection, there is never any issue if you want extra towels. All the ladies on the reception were soo kind and lovely to me - nothing was ever too much trouble. I must mention Kirsty on Reception. She was a total darling. Such a kind and considerate lady and I felt like I had known her forever. A gorgeous person with a kind heart. Thank You All Ladies for Making me feel so welcome and looking after me."

"Had a family lunch here on Sunday a table of 7 and once again the service was absolutely amazing the staff really are so attentive even though both the restaurant and bar were very busy they go the extra mile, the food was lovely as always (teenager couldn’t finish her macaroni cheese and it was boxed up for her to take away no problem at all Got to say as well that the lunch menu is excellent value for money Highly recommended"

"The staff are excellent, very friendly and ensure your stay is enjoyable. The rooms in the hotel need updating; I would not choose to stay at the hotel again due to the rooms being quite basic for a 4*, and no safe in the room either. The restaurant area is nice. The bar area could do with an open fire, which would be in keeping with the property and, due to the bar's location can be quite cool. I found the lockers difficult to use; there are no instructions when trying to use them, only in the reception area. I did ask someone to show me, but they were too busy apparently, so I asked another customer to help me. There was no concession for late checkout on New Year's Day; however, upon request, this was granted. You also have to book for breakfast; therefore, on New Year's Day, I had to get up for 9 am to go down to breakfast, which was not ideal. I had paid for the trip online when I booked; however, when I came to checkout, I was charged the full amount again and was informed that there was no log that I had already paid, but when we arrived and checked in, it was acknowledged that I had paid, it was a good job that I had the email displaying that I had paid. Upon further investigation by the hotel, it was noted that I had paid. I thought that I had read somewhere that there was an option for a set menu for NYE, but al a carte was still an option however this was not the case. The food was ok. The stay was made better due to the friendliness of the bar and restaurant staff, all credit to them."

"Do not go here with elders!!. My gran fell in her room late last night and staff refused to let family members in to help. Once they were made aware they also would not enter. My elderly gran with balance problems, Fell, injured herself and was forced to remain in her own feces all night because of staff neglect."

"Super friendly staff that actually stood out compared to other premier inns. Very warm and welcoming. Breakfast and restaurant next door also stood out compared to others. Lovely welcome from the lady who used to be an estate agent, and even gave us tips on areas to explore! It's just guest relations online that lets Premier inn down, and the fact they don't seem to act on any of their policies and always have an excuse makes it frustrating! We will be returning to this premier inn again! 💯"

"This is the most welcoming, accommodating and friendly place to stay. We arrived earlier than expected and Alana the bar manager showed us straight to our room. Our twin room was on the second floor and very spacious. The little personal touches in the room made us feel special. We ate in the bar on both nights and the food was delicious. Breakfast was also superb. Nothing was a bother to Alana, Karli and Lindsay (sorry if I have spelt any names wrong). Would definitely recommend this little gem of a place. 100/10"
