"The hotel is nice, has everything you need... and the location is good. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast has really everything... but there is one very bad thing for those who want to rest: on the first floor there is a party room and we, staying on the second, returned after dinner around 10 pm, and for two nights in a row we couldn't sleep at the time we had hoped... very loud music, shouting, laughter..."

"Beautiful, modern luxury hotel in a great location. Very quiet and perfect for a romantic, relaxing stay. Wonderful, friendly & helpful staff. They go out of their way for guests. Shout out to Dahlea and Fabriano -you are the best! Lovely spa with reasonable prices. We utilized all the services. Great breakfast. Only drawback, Hotel charges guests 35 Euros/pp just to use the lovely spa facilities. A bit high for guests! Overall, a great stay for couples, even for families."

"Hotel located quite close to the center of Fabriano, in an elegant ancient building. Not a huge building, but with free parking. Medium sized and clean rooms and bathroom, the room was a little warm (the winter quilt on the bed was too heavy for the season). Breakfast with a wide choice of good cakes, the brioches are a little heavy, there is also something savory. Friendly service and fairly affordable prices"

"BOOK IKKE HER !!!! Fra passage til Fabriano med min far, for 2 nætter, vi havde mulighed på stedet for at booke et værelse med 2 enkeltsenge og morgenmad for 2 for 2 dage, der var kun dobbeltsenge og ingen morgenmad. Lejligheden er meget godt beliggende, men renheden er virkelig dårligt, gulv, vinduer, badeværelse, fælles køkken, håndklæder ... alt er skidt! We arrived to 23h due to bouchons, we’aurions donc pas pouvoir profiter des explications du propriétaire sur le fonctionnement du petit déjeuner et autre mais elle n'a laissé aucune information dans le logement , Vi var helt alene, da vi kom. Nous n'avons passé qu'une seule nuit sur les deux car , au-delà de la propreté plus que discutable, j'ai entendu du bruit dans l'appartement dans la nuit, je'ai pas attener sur le moment me dire que d'autres personnes avait arrivé tard à årsagen til låse bortset fra at ved opstigningen af min far ( før 6h om morgenen fordi der var meget lidt og dårlig søvn) der var absolut ingen andre end os begge! Jeg tror derfor, jeg har drømt om lydene hørt i aften . La lumière du jour révèle l'ampleur de la saleté et alors que je fais une photo pour faire cette opinion, mon père constate qu'un objet qui était au-dessus du meuble de cuisine a notre arrivée n'est plus au même endroit et ce n'est pas moi qui l'ai déplacené. Mit blod er blevet iskoldt, og vi er gået så hurtigt som muligt. Heldigvis har vi fundet en perfekt B&B , med en velbehagelig modtagelse og en meget behagelig personale , ideelt beliggende i centrum også , med en impeccable renhed, med en lille morgenmad mere end generøs med gode produkter ... til samme pris !!"

"Nice location, modern clean rooms. breakfast quite poor. 1 to service cause we discover they host party with dj and so on. if that happens when you stay forget about sleeping till late st night . hence 1 to service, an hotel where you cannot sleep is not an hotel. had dinner and was fair in quality snd price."

"Comfortable structure surrounded by greenery but well connected to the main centers such as Fabriano. Pleasant environment and well cared for with a large garden kept with care as the large swimming pool. Abundant breakfast with a discreet choice! Refined welcome and availability in solving: I was able to park my large motorcycle inside even if the road in front is not very busy and allows you to stop in an outdoor space without problems. Nearby there is a service station with a refreshment point and a bar, tobacconist and food shop."
