"I booked because breakfast was included, but all I got was coffee. The room was clean and tidy. The amenities didn't seem to be very complete, just the bare minimum. There was no hair dryer, so I couldn't wash my hair, and the ice machine was broken and unusable. I wanted to take a bath, so I booked a room with a bathtub, but there wasn't even a plug for the bathtub."
