"We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa near Naples. The breakfast buffet and fantastic amenities truly enhanced our experience. The resort fee of $82, though, caught us off guard upon checkout. It would be great if Trip.com could incorporate this fee into the initial booking to prevent any last-minute surprises. Despite this, we’d be keen to revisit the hotel in the future. The overall comfort, along with the excellent services, makes it a destination worth returning to."

"The room is spacious. The check in was easy. The layout of the room was a bit out of ordinary with the room facing the window, but I adjusted to it the second day. The breakfast area is comfortable, and the food is OK. The room is clean overall, but the carpet is very flat, a bit sticky, and could benefit from a deep cleaning or replacement. Very close to the outlet. Overall the experience was good."
