"Hotellet er beliggende i et smukt roligt, grønt nabolag.Arkitekturen omkring området er virkelig imponerende.Den enkelte bygning har sin egen charme, som jeg absolut elskede. Hvad gjorde det endnu mere specielt, var at besøge en regnfuld dag; vejret tilføjede en magisk kvalitet til hele omgivelserne, hvilket gjorde alt føle sig dobbelt så smukt."

"Smukt, rent hotel.Små værelse, men havde nok plads til at komme rundt.Komfortabel seng.Desværre havde de kun to senge sammen og ikke en dronning, men det er fint.Linen var ren og komfortabel, badeværelset rummeligt og rent.Inderst var god. Havde et tv og en god aircondition. Front skrivebordspersonalet var nyttigt.Værelset har ingen kedler, men du kan få en fra frontskriveren med en 30€ depositum. Der er masser af små spisesteder og fødevarebiler omkring.Stor koreansk bekvemmelighedsbutik tre minutter væk."

Bus) til Eschborn Süd togstation. Fra Eschborn Süd tager det omkring 15 minutter at nå Frankfurt (main) Hbf."

"While our direct experience was at MK Hotel London, interactions across MK Hotels—including follow-ups involving management—raise concerns for guests at Eschborn. In London, a major booking error exposed issues with compensation and customer care. Despite attempts to escalate the issue and engaging with Mr. Arno Sonderfeld, part-founder, responses were unprofessional and did not resolve our concerns. Requests for further engagement only resulted in a focus on managing feedback rather than meaningful resolution. This points to brand-wide inconsistencies in transparency and guest satisfaction. Proceed with caution when booking."

"One positive aspect is the hotel's location and the comparatively affordable price for a stay, which is certainly a plus for Eschborn. Additionally, there are free parking spaces available over the weekend, which is convenient since the parking garage would otherwise cost a staggering 19 EUR per day. Another advantage is the good shopping options nearby, so you're not dependent on the hotel breakfast. Unfortunately, these positive aspects barely save the day. The rooms are in a deplorable condition—almost disgusting. It seems like they haven’t been renovated for over 10 years. Offering rooms in such a state to guests is simply unacceptable and a strong reason to avoid this hotel in the future. Sticky furniture surfaces, outdated and obsolete TV sets, chipped walls, damaged furniture, and a shower that desperately needs descaling—all of this makes you feel uncomfortable. It feels like the hotel has been abandoned, with the owners just trying to squeeze out the last bit of revenue. The air conditioning, which produced more noise than cooling, added to the negative experience. The only remedy was to open the windows, which wasn't ideal either. And this wasn't just a one-off issue: after rejecting the first room on the 3rd floor due to its condition, the replacement room on the 5th floor was no better. In the end, we left a day early because we simply didn’t feel comfortable."
