"Eryuan: It boasts excellent hot springs ♨️. This time, I chose the Dali Eryuan Liwai Hot Spring Art Hotel. In addition to the public hot spring pool, each room also has its own private hot spring pool. The hotel even has its own art gallery, which is very modern. Children can play and chase with the young black sheep and white ducks on the lawn in the courtyard. Tea, coffee, milk, etc. are unlimited! There is afternoon tea and a goodnight bath. Every staff member is very hardworking. The quality of Dianhong, raw Pu'er, and white tea is very good. Here, you feel like you've retreated into a secluded paradise, relaxing and letting go. Eryuan is the source of Erhai Lake. We arrived from Dali around 12:00 PM. After communicating with the hotel manager, they actively coordinated... There were no bureaucratic staff; they vacated our rooms and let us rest and relax before we had lunch in the alley. The afternoon tea here was amazing—delicious, beautiful, and with a wonderful ambiance! The tea and coffee are especially noteworthy; they were fantastic, and I really wanted to bring some back to Beijing, but unfortunately, they hadn't started selling them yet! I had already taken so many travel photos, I hadn't planned on doing so, but I was so captivated by the surroundings that I took some anyway—it was wonderful! The hot springs here are excellent, great value for money, and the nearby Zibi Lake is crystal clear. Highly recommended!"

"The room was big and beautiful. It is very close to the geothermal country, it takes about 5 minutes to walk there. The scenery is also very good. Facing Cibi Lake, you can directly see the lake. Perhaps the only drawback is that it faces the street, so if you don't sleep well, be careful to book a lake bed room. There will be cars passing over the speed bump during the day, but it is quiet at night. Book a smaller room next door, it will be much quieter"

"We arrived at the hotel around 9:30 pm and checked into our first room around 10:00 pm. I rarely give negative reviews when I'm out and about, whether it's food or drinks, but this time, the experience was truly terrible. I've stayed in standard rooms and cabins before in Putuoquan. This time, seeing a special offer on tatami mats, I thought a resort hotel wouldn't be too bad, so I booked one. However, the tatami mats here weren't the same as in other hotels. They were just repurposed lounge rooms. Don't stay in a tatami mat with kids. It was truly terrible. It was in the attic, with a very narrow hallway. The room was tiny and cramped, and the soundproofing was terrible! I forgot to take a photo. The room felt terrible the moment I entered. There wasn't a single proper bed in the room. The room was square, with a table in the middle and two cushions against the walls on either side. They were incredibly hard, like a simple mattress on top of a cabinet! It was also very thin, pressed directly against the wall, and there were stains on the wall. The pillows also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke! Overall, the experience was truly terrible! We paid the difference and stayed in a standard room. The only service we enjoyed was being able to choose a standard room downstairs and having breakfast packed for my daughter to take back to her room the next day! The standard room was pleasant enough, but the bathroom light kept beeping all night, every 30 seconds or so, ruining a good night's rest for us, one child and one adult! We woke up around 11:00 AM, and when my child went to the pool, she was constantly urged to leave. My room was checked out at 11:30 AM, but my child played in the pool until after 2:00 PM and was constantly urged to leave or pay for another swim! Overall, this was the worst experience I've had at Putuo Springs! This was the first time I've encountered such a hotel. We checked in at 9:30 AM on August 26th and arrived at 10:00 AM, and were still being urged to leave the next day!
