"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and everything was spotless."

"Fantastisk hotel! Alt var usædvanligt rent og velholdt. Personalet var imødekommende, professionelt og hilste os altid med et smil. Hotellet har en kæmpe swimmingpool, og værelserne var pletfri, rolige og meget komfortable. Morgenmaden var fremragende og varieret. Beliggenheden er perfekt, kun en kort afstand fra Gullan Mall. Jeg kan varmt anbefale Helmond Hotel og vil helt sikkert bo her igen."

"Geografisk overlegenhed"

"I stayed two nights at the hotel during a business trip to Erbil. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, although a bit far from the city center. The room was clean, well-sized, and had daily housekeeping, which I appreciated. Special thanks to Ms. Haydeh, the Sales Manager, for her great support, and to the helpful reception staff. I’m grateful to all of them."

"As a frequent business traveler, this stay was the best I've had recently, and I must share it with my fellow travelers! The hotel's location is a huge plus. Situated in a prime business district, it's right next to the subway and main roads, saving time and effort whether rushing to meetings or commuting to the airport or high-speed rail. The surrounding area also boasts a wide range of restaurants and amenities, making daily commutes hassle-free. The room design is perfectly tailored to business needs. It's spacious and bright, with a well-defined work and rest area. The desk is large, the lighting is comfortable, and the high-speed, stable Wi-Fi ensures exceptional work efficiency. The bed is of superb quality, with a mattress of perfect firmness and clean, reassuring linens. Excellent soundproofing ensures a quiet sleep even in a bustling area, perfectly relieving the fatigue of business travel. The bathroom features a complete separation of wet and dry areas, and the toiletries are of high quality, demonstrating attention to detail. The service is impeccable. Check-in and check-out at the front desk are efficient and quick. The staff are warm and professional, proactively answering questions, providing practical advice, and even offering office supplies for borrowing, meeting unexpected needs during business trips. From prompt room service to meticulous maintenance of public areas, the hotel's rigor and thoughtfulness are evident in every detail. Furthermore, the hotel's buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes as well as local specialties, with a balanced nutritional profile to quickly replenish energy for the day's work. Ample parking and convenient e-invoice issuance also make business travel smoother. In terms of facilities, service quality, and location, the hotel perfectly meets the core needs of business travelers and has already been added to my list of frequent business travel destinations. I highly recommend it to anyone with travel needs!"
