"Lost Item after room make up, we went out for a trip and later i was missing my airpods, check my gps to find them back and saw that last location including last time online was sortly we left our hotelroom at this hotel. When we came back from that trip the room was nice cleaned. I discover later that i was missing them. The Hotel invest the issue and so long i have not been refund or having my earpods back, this review stays online to make sure to others your hotelroom is not a safe place :( for personal belonings. Hope solved quick."

"Staff rude. Power went off in room at 10 pm. No hot water in morning as water heated by Power. Bed very hard. Mosquito nets didn't stop insects. Bitten badly. Traffic noise all night. Bar music till 12 am. Order breakfast for 6 am but didnt deliver any. No lift but porter did take bags up stairs. Taxi service very expensive. $25 usd to get to airport. Uber only $5 usd. Please don't stay there."

"Very nice guesthouse near the airport and right on Lake Victoria. The room was very large, stylish and clean. The room even had a living area with a couch, table and TV and another area with a kitchenette. From the room you have a great view of Lake Victoria. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We also had an airport shuttle. The restaurant is very cozy and has delicious food."

Beyond just keeping everything spotless, their dedication and visible hard work actively inspired positive behaviour change. setting a wonderful standard for everyone at the hotel. "This hotel cannot be contacted with the number indicated and I got stressed waiting for airport pick up even I sent my flight details for arrival they don't mind and the call cannot go through the hotel front desk, it's a pre recorded voice. And eventually I ended up riding taxi to the hotel. And for the meals that are indicated with different prices for full board meal or ALL INCLUSIVE MEALS, they only offer BREAKFAST, so don't get fooled because the manager didn't let me refund I paid for the additional payments for food they seem to be offering.with the rooms. One thing more 😓😓 poor wifi connection, it connects but no internet connection 😔"

"Our Stay was incredible at Kibale BB Suites. Not particularly because of the room, nor because of the squeaky clean and pristine status of the environment they offer you. Because the manager Rema made our entire stay memorable by spending hours with us to manage and plan our entire stay. She and all the staff here went above and beyond to keep us satisfied and happy clients. We were more than happy to visit them again towards the end of our trip."
