"The perfect spot in Southern California to be near everything and also have peace. Beautifully designed and every detail is thoughtful. Wonderful hosts. The best high quality breakfast with organic ingredients. I enjoyed a sound bath and there are many treatments which can be selected during your stay. Wonderful experience!"

"AVOID!!! The elevator is broken, the hotel is extremely close to the freeway, we saw 2 homeless people living at the hotel, the TV did not work and the phones also do not work in the room. I tried to call the front desk and ask why the water was turned off at 10am while we were showering and brushing teeth for Legoland. I walked down and said the phones are broken. I was met with the hotel manager Everet, with a big fake smile that said “I just picked up and you wouldn’t say anything so I hung up.” Seriously? You’re trying to lie to my face about your phones not working?!? I knew at this point I was up against a monster of a hotel manager. I said the water was shut off and no one in my room could brush their teeth or flush the toilet. He said “What am I supposed to do about it?” I said “You’re a hotel manager and you provide customer service.” His response was, “I do not work in customer service.” Again, I couldn’t believe the conversation I was having. I asked him for some water, and he said he could not give me any. I pointed to the 500 bottles of water in the snack area and asked for 1 so we could at least brush our teeth and give our kids some water. His response was “No”. This is the same hotel manager I witnessed talking very rude to a female front desk clerk the day before. I then spoke with a few other hotel workers about this man and they all agreed that he has a lot of problems. They said everyone quits working there after a few days…wonder why. They’ve been trying to renovate this hotel since 2017 apparently."

"Checked in with Jeff very easy yet not very personal.Facilities extra $15/day even if you’re not using.Gym pool internet parking buffet breakfast. Ingen handicapparken ved fordørens indgang kun tilbage (som var langt væk fra værelset) ingen hjælp tilbudt med bagage (kun selvservice tunge skuffer) spurgte ikke, om jeg ville have hjælp eller ville bruge disse faciliteter. Værelset lugter af tungt brugskemikalier til rent rum.(Kan smage det). Oceanvisningen med balkon blev kun set, hvis du gik og peered til venstre. Ikke den mest behagelige seng.Udgangens rumdør ville slamre om natten meget højt. Gå i fliser brusegulv glidende mens dusør og brusehoved havde meget lavt tryk."

"Anke has created a truly European experience, from the push-button showers, to the comfortable duvet. The delicious breakfast changed each day and ranged from shakshouka to smoked salmon. We borrowed the ebikes for a nice ride on the bike path along Highway 101, and there were always fresh cookies at the end of the day. We look forward to going back soon."
