She helped us with translation, gave us great advice on places to visit around Emei Mountain and Leshan, and made sure we felt completely at ease throughout our trip. "The snow on Mount Emei in winter is absolutely stunning! I brought my parents to see the snow and decisively chose this hotel again. Every stay here brings a different surprise! The room felt so cozy and the hotel thoughtfully catered to my parents' special needs, showing care in every detail. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, pretty much anything you'd want, which is a huge plus! The Food Village restaurant even has a charming stream and bridge, creating a wonderful ambiance. What's even more commendable is the staff's warm and attentive service, which made my parents so reluctant to leave, they kept saying they didn't want to go home!"

"The receptionist and the exterior appearance of the hotel look good and welcoming. However, the room itself feels quite old. The bathroom is designed in black color, including the toilet bowl, which makes it difficult to tell whether it is properly cleaned. In addition, the water pressure in the bathroom is quite low. The hot spring is open-air and does not provide much privacy, so it was not very comfortable to use. The breakfast selection is simple but still nice and healthy, with items such as buns, potatoes, soya milk, and vegetables. The location is good and within walking distance to Baoguo Temple. The Emeishan Baoguo Temple bus station, which is the pickup point for sightseeing buses, is about a 5-minute drive away. However, walking there is not very convenient as there is only a road and no proper pedestrian walkway."

"The room looked nothing like the pictures. I checked in after 9 PM and when I brought it up with the front desk, they said they were fully booked. They told me all the twin rooms and tatami rooms were... well, I guess all the twin rooms were taken by earlier guests. My husband was tired from driving and didn't want to switch hotels, so we just made do for one night. There was no place to hang clothes in the room, so I had to put them on the tatami mat (where people walk with shoes on, so I doubt the hygiene was up to par). The shower stall in the bathroom was spacious enough, but when you sat on the toilet, your knees hit the glass door as there wasn't enough legroom. I wouldn't recommend it."

"The hotel's location is fantastic. There's a convenient parking lot right downstairs, and a wetland park next door perfect for a relaxing stroll. Both the front desk and room service were warm and attentive, and the room itself was clean and tidy. My stay was incredibly comfortable, and it offers great value for money. Highly recommended!"

Both the elderly and children felt comfortable, making it the top choice for family stays in Emei Mountain."

"The location is a around 10 minutes driving from emeishan railways station but the hotel provide the shuttle for pickup and drop us. Be carefull choose the station. Because there are two railway stations (emeishan and emei). The nearest station from the hotel and the tourist center (place to take a bus to leidongping) is emeishan railway station.from hotel to tourist center, we have to take a taxi cost 9 yuan. The hotel is in the apartment complex and so many same buiding. We hard to find our building when go back at night because the light is so minim. The reception /we chat asst is so responsive and helpfull. There is a washing machine in the room but not 100 percent dry. The most interesting is a bed can be adjust."

"This hotel is located in a valley by the river with natural waterfalls in a serene, quiet, peaceful surrounding. We booked a suite but was upgraded to a bigger suite with an onsen tub in our room balcony overlooking the river with the relaxing sounds of water flowing. The suite is equipped with amenities, Dyson hairdryer, a kettle, a mini induction cooker & pot and a welcome basket of fresh fruits which we love a lot. Room is clean and bed, pillows are so comfortable. Service is excellent. They offered free laundry for us which we are truly appreciative. I highly recommend this hotel for those visiting Emeishan."
