"We arrived at night and it was strange. But waking up to a beautiful day with an amazing view. I can say that the food was lovely, especially the chicken. The pool was wonderful. Let’s congratulate the amazing staff….. first Nikos, lovely man and he cares about residence. Theo , humble and makes the bar a lovely atmosphere. Bianca at the pool bar, always smiling and chatty. All stafff were so nice. We grew to love this resort . Thankyou for a lovely week."

"We went on a 10 day break - our first holiday with no children since our honeymoon 32 years ago! And what a place to go. From the minute you arrive the welcome is warm from the lovely staff on Reception. We spoke to Maria on arrival, who along with the rest of the front of house staff were excellent. Nothing too much trouble. Little touches with mattered - for example we had one of the ladies who service the room leave some towels on our bed in the shape of a heart with some flowers. Lovely touch. The properties are amazing, beautifully done out, we had a kitchen, fridge, washing machine and fridge freezer, a large sofa, big TV which we logged into our Netflix and Amazon accounts, and a dining room table. Outside a beautiful view - sun beds, and outside dining too. A lovely infinity pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and mini-gym with stunning views. The weather was beautiful, around 25 degrees C and clear blue skies. The only thing I would say is for someone like me with poor circulation the pool was a tad chilly, we plumped for it to be heated the last few days, but it was an extra 90 Euros a day. But worth it. Then there is the breakfast - you won't be disappointed, there is so much choice, English, Continental, Greek plus so much more. Salmon for breakfast every day! And the coffee is amazing, even decaffeinated for me. There was even Prosecco every other day! The staff. First class. Not only in their service, but the way they engage with you and turn eating a meal into an event. Wonderful people, Sofia and her team, I can't name them all, or remember all their names, but Manolis (and his sister!), Vitalis and Michalis, the young guy with them (I forgot your name!) as well as the guy on the bar (sorry forgot your name!) were a credit and a joy to spend time with, all of them. To all of you, thank you for making our holiday even more special! Be prepared on a Thursday night after dinner for some traditional Greek dancing, you have to join in, followed by a jump in the pool fully clothed with Vitalis. He will persuade you! "Extremely hospitable and helpful staff. The hotel equipment is completely new. The main restaurant has a very beautiful terrace overlooking the sea that offers a rich buffet, very good breakfast and dinner. Very beautiful view of the sea and the island of Spinalonga. Modern decoration, lots of storage space, very comfortable bedding. I highly recommend it !!!"

Pool var fantastisk, men hvad gjorde opholdet specielt var den vidunderlige personale især Maria og Anna.Elounda er en smuk resort centreret omkring en smuk havn med fantastiske restauranter og nogle søde cocktailbarer."

"Stor lille hotel med god personale.Smuk barområde, der gør et godt udvalg af drikkevarer og snacks.Mange solsenge, god beliggenhed og værelser holdes meget rene.Om 15 minutters gang til byen, men en let lejlighedsgang. Til højre for hotellet er der også en lille strand, der tilbyder komfortable solsenge (betalelige men rimelige). Også fordi det er beliggende i den fjerne ende af byen, til højre, kan du have en dejlig tur til en snackbar og restaurant beliggende på deres egen (smuk morgenmadsgade, før det bliver for varmt). Hotellet ejer også sin egen båd, som du kan tage på tur til Spinalonga osv. Den eneste grip, vi havde med hotellet, er, at de ikke tilbyder et bruserrum til brug, hvis du har en sent flyvning tilbage. Vi forsøgte at booke sent checkout, men kunne ikke, da hotellet blev fuldt booket.Det ville være en stor forbedring for hotellet, hvis det tilbød denne service.Men hvis det blev sagt, ville vi blive her igen... helt sikkert."

"I have reviewed Elounda Heights before but felt it worthy of another. It is a very special place with a unique atmosphere run by a small but tight team of 10 people who are all super friendly. You are well looked after, from the moment you arrive, to the time you leave. All the rooms, either studios or apartments, are immaculate with either a terrace or balcony offering uninterrupted views over the bay of Korfos and Mirabello Bay. Rooms are regularly cleaned with fresh towels and bedding every couple of days. Also, complimentary shampoos, conditioners, and moisturisers are replenished when used. The food at the pool bar is all freshly made with a good selection of Greek and other warm and cold snacks. There is an on-site restaurant and bar where meals are served every evening (except Sundays), and a daily special is created by the legend that is Vangelis. Always delicious. There is an ala carte menu too. The owners, Kostas and Natalia, are constantly improving their offering year on year, and have plans for more apartments with their own private pools for 2026 which sounds exciting. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay at Elounda Heights, and you are quite likely to re-book once you have stayed as the number of repeat guests are testament to."
