"Efter en 28-hour flyvetur ankom jeg meget træt og jet-slappet.Desværre var mandlig forreste skrivebordspersonale ikke velkommen, hvilket gjorde check-in ubehageligt. Under min ophold arbejdede sikkerhedsboksen ikke ordentligt.På natten på den 7. omkring 2:30 AM blev jeg vågnet af ekstrem høj musik fra værelse 530. Jeg kontaktede fronten, men støjen fortsatte igen efter personalet forlod og varede indtil næsten 3:00, så jeg kunne ikke sove. Ved checkout følte jeg mig ubehagelig på grund af manglende søvn og svimmelhed.Sikkerhedsboksen fungerede også dårligt igen, og jeg måtte vente omkring 40 minutter på vedligeholdelse, før jeg kunne forlade. Jeg vil imidlertid gerne nævne, at en kvindelig receptionist omkring 2:30 AM på den 7. var venlig og hjælpsom og gav mig vand, som jeg sætter pris på."

"After waiting for an hour and a half at T3 in Los Angeles and making more than a dozen calls, the shutter bus came to pick us up. As a result, we made an appointment for the shuttle bus to the airport at 10:30 the next day. We went to wait in advance, but no bus came. We waited until 45 minutes. We were afraid of delaying the flight, so we had to pay for a taxi to the airport. The hotel said they would pay the fare but didn't pay. The experience was very bad, and the breakfast was particularly terrible!"
