"After looking at reviews for peak season, the off-season price was indeed much cheaper. However, the hygiene was truly terrible. Although a disposable toilet seat was provided, the stains on the toilet seat took me ages to clean with alcohol wipes. There was no soap or hand sanitizer. There was a drain under the shower, but water was collecting under the sink. The biggest problem was that although we had booked a laundry room, the owner said the washing machine was only used to wash the hotel's sheets and duvet covers, and advised against washing your own clothes because they wouldn't be clean. I wonder if there wasn't a laundry room at all. If I had known there wasn't one, I would have booked elsewhere. For long-distance travelers, booking a hotel with a laundry room is crucial!"
