The room was very clean,the bathroom and the shower were separate.The girl on the recession was polite and pleasant,settled us immediately,without wire.The room had everything you needed-TV,a teapot,a closet,a cupboard,a bellwether,a lingerie was clean, new.No complaints."

"U Magic Palace er beliggende i et centralt sted i Eilat.Vi rejser til Eilat mindst to gange om året, men det var vores første ophold på dette hotel.Receptionen var effektiv og velkommen, især Ismeralda, som var stor. Værelserne var ret komfortabel, intet for kønt, men bestemt behageligt og hyggeligt nok.Fruemad var helt fantastisk med en bred vifte af disketter, der var til alle smag.Jeg må også nævne Shay, der er ansvarlig for receptionen. "We were 4 nights 5 days with the retired people...the hotel looks wonderful but some things not so good....in the little room I got (even I am disabled) I got a bath instead of a shower I asked.....only 3 electric sockets,the furniture is very old...at arrivals very nice with snacks....food was wonderful...but the orange juice is 80%water and 20% juice....wifi is very very slow...in 3 days we asked only the second day to make our room....but coming back at 12.50 it was not done....the personal at the hotel was very nice.....and respectable...."

"I stayed here for two nights and have very pleasant memories of my stay. I much prefer smaller hotels and the size of the Vista suited me fine. My room was small but clean and pleasant, with a view out towards the rugged Jordanian hills. Meals were excellent with an excellent variety of food. Staff were not exactly effusive but always helpful - not an uncommon experience in Israel. For me the only downside was no wifi in the room. I had to take my laptop to the foyer to access the internet. I've read many of the vastly conflicting reviews of the Vista on this site and am frankly puzzled by the intensity of the some of the negative reviews. They are completely at odds with my experience, particularly with regards to the food, which for me was a highlight of the place. I did not experience any particular noise (maybe I was lucky) and my room was clean. I would definitely stay here again based on my last stay. As others have said, the hotel is well located, close to many of the big chain hotel monstrosities that abound in Eilat. It is a very pleasant 7 mins or so walk to the beach. The taxi ride from the airport took about 5 minutes. The walk to the airport is about 20-25 minutes."

"We arrived at the Astral Palma hotel on January 11, 2024 almost at midnight, a couple + a 7 year old child, called during the day to find out if everything was ready and if there would be a reception at night. The girl confirmed that everything was ready, the envelope was in front of her. Upon arrival, it turned out that there was no sleeping place for the child in the room. The receptionist Dudu tried his best to solve the problem. But the shift manager met me in the lobby and said that nothing could be done, the hotel was full, and neither a mattress nor a bed could be added to the room. For some reason, I spoke very rudely to Dudu right in front of the clients, so that he wouldn’t promise something he didn’t. And he just went home. After a night with the three of us sharing the same bed, we left. I will add a plus for the work of Dudu and the cleaner, the room was incredibly clean. Well done, despite how busy the hotel was, they did 10 percent of their job."
